Just step off your deck onto your own private beach.

A 5 min drive of outlet malls, many restaurants, and other retail shopping. Want to go to the Destin Harbor, then give yourself ten minutes driving time, and you're there.

Close to everything, comes with everything.: This is a 'NO SMOKING' ,'non pet' unit which can sleep up to 2-12 Adults ( up to 13 upon request). The entrance to this unit is ground level studio. The first floor is a complete with a king, sofa bed and bath. The second floor has a full living room with large TV, foldout sofa's, chair half bath and kitchen. The top floor has the Master bedroom with a King Size Bed, remodeled bathroom. It also has the guest bedroom that comes with a queen, bunk bed with trundle mattresses and it's own bathroom. Custom tiled bathrooms throughout the house helps make it feel like home. There are flat panel TV's, and a DVD Player. The Kitchen us equipped with Appliances, Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer on the first and 3rd floor for your convenience.

Beach Time: Their are private balconies on every level!. Equipped with chairs for a relaxing evening in the breeze. The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. Play in the beach all day and rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Each floor has its own balcony the 3rd floor bedroom is next to the ocean so you can hear the waves even with the doors closed.

There are four parking spot for this rental, it is directly in front of the unit. Lastly, enjoy privacy since the unit owns all the beach to to the water. No more looking for the perfect beach spot!
