    Venite a godervi il nostro spazioso appartamento 2BR / 2BA 1151 piedi quadrati al 12 ° piano del bellissimo Surfside Resort situato nella più tranquilla e congestionata sezione di Miramar Beach di Destin, FL. La nostra vista sull'oceano sud-est dal nostro balcone privato 8 'x 28' non è ostruita da edifici e SPETTACOLARE!

    Prendiamo il sole del mattino e l'ombra del pomeriggio per goderci il caffè del mattino sul balcone e tornare più tardi per rilassarci all'ombra del pomeriggio. Goditi i meravigliosi panorami e i suoni dell'oceano e ammira il litorale sudorientale della costa del Golfo fino a Panama City! Tutte le camere hanno accesso al balcone a causa della planimetria unica di questa unità. I nostri interni sono tutti pavimenti in piastrelle con nuovi mobili e decorazioni confortevoli e familiari.

    L'enorme camera da letto principale include un letto king size, combo SMART TV / DVD a schermo piatto da 32 ", cabina armadio illuminata, spogliatoio, tavolo da trucco e grande bagno padronale con cabina doccia piastrellata. Una lavatrice / asciugatrice a grandezza naturale è in bagno padronale. La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali con ampio armadio e bagno con vasca / doccia combo. Ha anche una TV a schermo piatto da 36 "e un lettore DVD. La seconda camera può essere chiusa a chiave e ha il proprio ingresso.

    Il nostro nuovo divano AMERICANO IN PELLE CON COMFORT SLEEPER nel soggiorno si apre in un letto queen size estremamente confortevole. Un fantastico 55 "HD TV curvo ultra HD 4K ad alta definizione (Netflix Hulu, Spotify, YouTube), lettore DVD Blu Ray, giochi e puzzle tutti in salotto per l'intrattenimento.

    Sala da pranzo ha pareti a specchio che offrono una splendida vista da tutti i posti. La cucina completamente attrezzata è dotata di nuovissimi elettrodomestici di fascia alta e di tutto il necessario per cucinare e / o intrattenere tra cui una caffettiera KEURIG!

    Offriamo servizio spiaggia gratuito (2 sedie e 1 ombrellone) 1 marzo - 31 ottobre.

    SURFSIDE RESORT è una struttura tutto compreso che comprende una sala FITNESS con attrezzature da palestra, ponte SPORTS (tennis sotto le luci, shuffleboard, basket) sopra un parcheggio coperto e sicuro, grande piscina riscaldata e area coperta, due vasche idromassaggio, un KIDDIE piscina, TIKI HUT servizio di cibo e bevande e una casa piscina con docce e sauna. Inoltre, Surfside è l'UNICA PROPRIETÀ IN DESTIN con FIBRE OTTICHE che funzionano per ogni unità e una connessione WiFi sicura!

    Attraversa la SKYBRIDGE / passerella dal ponte della piscina alla sabbia BIANCA DELLO ZUCCHERO e alle acque VERDE SMERALDA del Golfo del Messico.

This was an amazing condo! We had a beautiful view and it is a great location to the beach! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The owners were so kind and helpful. They made the entire process so smooth and included recommendations on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean and a great location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants, coffee shops , smoothie King, grocery store and shopping within a mile of the condo. Very attentive host who also paid for two beach chairs and an umbrella while we there. Excellent view and we didn’t even have to leave our balcony to watch several fireworks displays up and down the beach to celebrate America’s 250th birthday! Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a great place in Miramar Beach.

Great condo with view of gulf. Wheelchair accessible. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the main room for increased privacy. Pool, hot tub, access to gas and charcoal grills. Beach access across the street. Really enjoyed our stay, and want to come back!

The condo is wonderful. Great location, great view of the ocean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. It definitely matched the pictures posted, but a little better. The host was wonderful and dealt with any issues immediately. They made sure we had everything that we needed. They went above and beyond! The location was great with plenty of shops nearby within walking distance or a very short drive.

Sunshine Daydream is in a great location, great view of the Gulf of America, and very welcoming and cozy place to stay. Private beach is just a short stroll across old Hwy 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive). The hosts were great, super responsive and the whole experience was very low stress and a great weekend getaway for me and my spouse. I would definitely recommend.

The condo was perfect! This was our 2nd year visiting and love staying at Surfside Resort. The owners were very thoughtful and nice reaching out multiple times during our trip. Would definitely recommend booking with them!!

Nicest condo yet at Surfside

My partner and I have been staying at Surfside for one week for about the last ten years. This condo was just wonderful. We love the area and the condo was up-to-date with very nice kitchen and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Delightful !

Absolutely perfect! The location is par excellence and is truly steps from the beach. The home itself is exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We travelled with family and cooked multiple meals in the house. The host was quick to respond, exceptionally easy to work with and truly went the extra mile with helping list out some great neighborhood restaurants and things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

This place was even better in person.It has everything that's needed.I love the ocean view from all rooms.The owners made me feel personally welcomed. They responded quickly to my text before and after my stay.I love the place and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you John and Patti!!!

Fall Break at the Beach

I reserved this property one year in advance specifically for the handicap accommodations available. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to move from room to room without any issues. The roll in shower and bathroom sink made our stay so comfortable. There were even portable ramps to the balcony that enabled him to easly access the views of the beach with the family. We will rent this condo again!

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The condo is beautifully updated and furnished and is so well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and having 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom is a big plus! The master suite is so spacious. The kitchen has everything you need including a magic bullet, k-cup and regular coffee maker, spices/seasonings and nice pans and dishes. The living room furniture is newer and very comfortable. The balcony is amazing with a table and chairs plus 2 loungers and provides a great view. We loved having the free beach service (2 lounge chairs and an umbrella) so we didn’t have to haul those to the beach. The location is super convenient for the beach, restaurants, and shopping. John and Patti are the most incredible hosts! They were communicative after I booked and reached out before our trip to offer suggestions and answer questions. They also checked in during our stay just to make sure everything was going smoothly! Literally the best hosts I’ve ever worked with for a rental. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if we come back to Miramar Beach!

Absolutely wonderful!!

We could not have asked for a better rental. I always bring cleaning supplies with me because we have rented some not-so-clean units. I didn’t even have to wipe a counter down!! It was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. All new appliances. The view from the unit is STUNNING! I couldn’t get over it. Every day it looked like you were looking out to paradise with the sparkling water and dolphins! Would absolutely recommend this unit. John and Patti communicated the entire time and made the whole vacation a breeze.

FANTASTIC!!! 5 🌟 and then some!!!!

We have stayed at the Surfside for many years. I was extremely impressed with this condo. It is very modern with all new high-end appliances. Communication was excellent with responses from the owners John and Patti within minutes of my questions. They are truly committed to making sure that your vacation is everything you want and more. Very relaxing and just overall amazing. I will definitely be booking this condo for all of our upcoming vacations.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo overlooking Miramar Beach. Kitchen and Bathrooms have been updated. Nice amenities at the complex. Owners were proactive in providing information on local activities taking place during our stay. They responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend renting this unit. Perfect "home away from home" for vacation!

Hosts were most attentive and responsive. This condo is beautifully furnished. The view of the water was best way to begin and end our days. Beds were awesome for great sleep!

I really like staying at the Surf Side, this last condo we stay in was one of the best ones.

Great communication with Owners, easy check in and out. Condo was very clean, and has all updated appliances, flooring, counter tops and cabinets. Had an awesome time.

Great communication and great location

Chris quickly responded prior to our trip and throughout the trip if we had any questions - which I really appreciated. The location of the stay was perfect. A quick walk across the skywalk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend!
