Stay beachfront in Frangista Beach at Third Day, a lavish vacation home with the most breathtaking views of Miramar Beach you will ever see. Boasting luxury from top to bottom, our Destin, Florida vacation home will provide you with a memorable vacation time and time again. Looking to get away with a large group? Then the adjacent home, The Brookie, is next door. With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, as many as 16 beach-loving guests will enjoy every second of their stay here. Decorated in contemporary furnishings and outfitted with special touches including stainless steel kitchen appliances, an elevator and three stories with a private waterfront balconies, this home will have you feeling relaxed in no time. An outdoor gas grill calls for evening cookouts in the summertime. The luxe master bedroom, located on the third floor, has its own wet bar, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom. Who’s ready for their vacation? To make vacations here even sweeter, guests enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service during the season PLUS 6 chairs, 3 umbrellas, beach towels, and cooler. The private residential elevator is made available when required by a guest. Please discuss with us in advance of your stay if you will need use of the elevator.

The private splash pool can be heated (Available Oct-May) upon request for an additional $55/day plus tax or $385/week plus tax. Pool heat is charged for the entire length of stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.
No weddings allowed.

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
