The spacious backyard features a covered hot tub, covered dining area as well as a ping pong table, cornhole, a green egg grill, and a fire pit. On the second floor there is a foosball table and custom arcade with 3,500+ games. Tailwinds is located in the gated community of Frangista Beach with a community pool that is available during your stay. Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Tailwinds offers a mix of luxury, comfort, and adventure.

🏖 BEACH EXPERIENCE

Your luxury villa is just a four-minute golf cart ride from the beach with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($180 a day value). Located right next to Miramar Beach's largest beach access. Parking is available in the large parking lot next to the Pompano Joe's beach access. It has an ADA service ramp along with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk. 4 commercial-grade beach chairs and 1 umbrella are at the home and available to take to the beach. Enjoy the emerald waters, sugar sand beaches, beautiful sunsets, happy hour drinks, beach umbrella and chair rentals, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, banana boat rides and more!

Your luxury villa is located in a private gated community called "Frangista Beach". Guests staying in the property have full access to the community pool. The pool is not heated.
