Beach House 304A is a third-floor condo equipped with everything you and your family or friends could need to experience a sunny escape out of this world. This beautifully upgraded getaway has a full kitchen with upgraded cabinets and granite countertops, nice backed bar stools, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room has warm cherry and tropical furnishings and a double sofa bed. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch TV if you're in need of a relaxing afternoon or head over to the balcony with a refreshing and cold beverage in hand to take in the views and admire the scenery. The shared outdoor pool is a great perk you and your friends will have access to if you find the beach too crowded for your liking.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was just okay, not great but not terrible, either. The sofa cushions are removable and need to be laundered. The kitchen is basic but was lacking a number of cooking tools. No baking sheet or large frying pan or skillet. The coffee maker is has no k-cup feature. Beds were medium-firm and the balcony only had seating for four people.

Great visit to Mirimar Beach Fl

My husband and I had a great stay at this location. No issues checking in. Everything was just as described. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The master bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. It appears there is a newer sofa and loveseat than what is in the pictures. My only couple of suggestions are to add an oscillating fan to each bedroom. It got a little stuffy at night. A cookie sheet or pizza pan would be a nice addition as well. We had leftover pizza we wanted to heat up in the oven, but there wasn’t anything for us to use… not a deal breaker, we used the microwave instead. We loved Mirimar Beach/Destin area.

Great Spring Break

This location was perfect. The condo was good, and we were able to fix meals and enjoy the balcony. The view is top notch! The beds were comfy, the sofa's are white and could use a good cleaning but other than that, our stay was great. We would definitely come back.

Great spot

The view was great and the pool was clean. The row of pay-per-day umbrellas blocking the entire beach front was unfortunate. Otherwise, it wasn’t too crowded. Don’t forget your wrist band. I don’t know how many times we got asked for ours.

Beautiful property

Gorgeous property- thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Frustrating that we couldn’t enjoy the deck due to thundering music coming from the Hangout next door, from morning til late at night. Perfect location for the beach access. Bought a new shade providing tarp on poles- we’re not allowed to erect it. Why? Overall, very happy with condo but probably won’t spend such an exorbitant amount of money again for beach accommodations.
