BENVENUTO ALLE TOCCHE NELLA SABBIA !!!!

Questa splendida casa 5BR / 5. 5BA a tre livelli presenta ampi balconi e numerosi posti a sedere all'aperto, un ascensore, pavimenti in piastrelle di legno e travertino, granito e marmo e due camere da letto e aree soggiorno con vista sul Golfo.

Il cortile recintato con un grill a gas offre il luogo ideale per preparare il pescato del giorno. C'è un soggiorno al primo piano del Golfo anteriore completo di un divano letto, TV 40 ", tavolo da gioco con posti a sedere per quattro, mini bar controsoffitto in granito con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, frigorifero e lavandino.

Il primo livello della casa ha una camera da letto della regina fronte del Golfo con un 21 "TV a schermo piatto con un bagno adiacente con una cabina doccia al primo livello della casa. C'è accesso alla spiaggia da questo livello e un balcone fronte spiaggia con posti a sedere all'aperto.

La zona giorno al secondo piano presenta un'enorme grande sala arredata con un comodo divano, due sedie di grandi dimensioni e una TV da 50 ". La cucina gourmet è dotata di ripiani in granito, un bar per la colazione con posti a sedere per quattro, un forno a gas Viking, refrigeratore per vini, cassetto scaldavivande, forno a convezione e altro ancora. La sala da pranzo offre posti a sedere per sei. Vi è una grande camera a castello a questo livello con 2 letti full-size, 2 letti singoli, una TV da 21 "pollici e un bagno privato con una grande doccia in marmo, vasca da bagno separata e vanità in marmo.

Una suite matrimoniale con vista sul Golfo è situata al terzo piano. Questa camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e bagno padronale con cabina doccia, vasca da bagno, doppio lavabo e un sacco di spazio armadio. Questo piano dispone anche di due camere da letto queen separate con TV a schermo piatto da 21 "pollici e bagni privati con combinazioni vasca / doccia.

Lots of room for family to get together and also privacy options as well. Beachfront with no road or other properties in between was wonderful. After booking, found out that my brother's family booked same property 12 years ago. Only problem we had was water pressure in master shower on 3rd floor.

Beautiful, well maintained house!

Toes in the Sand was an excellent house for our extended family. Amazingly- almost everything was in working order! Only issue we had was the very crowded beach! House is near a public access path & umbrellas were 3 deep in front of our house, very close together, & people even brought chairs to sit in front of us on the waterline!

Without a doubt, the BEST equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Any rental beachside along Scenic Gulf is THE place to be and this home was no exception. Property management never fails to impress by responding immediately to any and all issues (and we only had one - how to reset the cable connection!!).

Our original property rented via VRBO was canceled on us as we were driving to the beach. Therefore, we were scrambling to find a location and property that would meet Our needs. Frangista Property rentals was very accommodating and helped us get into this location as quickly as possible. The home is lovely allowing everyone to have Their own space, but gather as a group for meals and conversation. Would absolutely rent again!

Our only complaint is that somehow the beach in front of our house became college center. It was clear the gate code was passed out to friends. It is a pleasure to work with all the staff. Toes in the Sand is comfortable and the minute we walk through the doors we feel like we are in a home away from home. We recommend more than two beach rental chairs or perhaps some extra beach chairs stored at the house? We love how the owners keep everything updated and in good repair.

Best lil house in Florida

Enjoyed everything about the house. The elevator worked perfectly for my son. The only thing was access to the beach. The grass or whatever it's called down here was awful it had spars and we kept stepping on them. The steps about killed us we had to carry my 10 year old who's is 85lbs up and down them. If there was a way to change that it would be perfect!

I loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom except the floor level master but it worked great with our particular family. My other son was able to continue his weather You tube channel broadcasts to safe lives during Milton Hurricane.. our only complaint was the dryer.. it took too long to dry clothes. Not a big deal. Thanksgiving Togetherness

We had 13 people staying at Toes In The Sand. Seven adults, 6 children ranging in ages from 9 to 18 years of age. This was the first time our family tried to stay under one roof. the accommodations proved more then adequate. Bathrooms and sleeping arrangements met all of our needs. Cooking facilities great, kitchen proved to be a place where the young people good work well with the adults when needed for cooking purposes. The beach was fantastic. Hector, the property manager was great to work with before and during our stay. Much of the communication between management was done through the computer. A great place to be with family's and many generations. Elevator was very beneficial. All and all Destin is a great get away spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family just wrapped up a one week vacation in Miramar Florida and we had a great time. We had a large group and the accommodations were very nice with room for everyone to have space. The house was very clean and met our needs. I really appreciated the elevator after having recent knee replacement. The views from this house of the beach are wonderful. We loved going right out the back door to step onto the beautiful white sand. The Frangista Beach Properties Staff were very helpful in assisting us each step of the way. We had no crock pot in the house and after a call to the office a new one was brought out immediately. This is a very expensive home and it is beautiful but is in need of some light TLC in places mostly on the exterior. We read in reviews how it is difficult to back out of the drive into the street and that is very true. The traffic on this main drag is bumper to bumper many times of the day especially evenings. We also read that the clothes dryer was very slow in drying clothes. The ladies in our group hated this dryer and said they would never have one like it back at home. Some of the bedrooms in this house have double doors and they will not lock due to the hardware that allows one door to be stationary so the other can be locked, has been removed. My biggest beef with this home is around safety. The sliding glass doors do not lock but have a pin lock installed to provide a method of locking the doors from the inside. The problem is when everyone leaves the house to go to the beach there is no method of locking the first level door from outside. Anyone can walk from the beach and slide the door open and enter the house. This is compounded by the fact that there is no safe in the house to put valuables. We didn't experience any issues with this but I personally did not like having no way of locking the door from outside as we left the house for the beach.

Everything was pleasant and easy! Instructions were visible and easy. Great place to vacations for a girls trip. Property is as shown on the pictures but, much better in person. I would stay again and again!

Spacious living and kitchen area were just what we needed. The extra living area on the bottom floor was great. The view from this home is spectacular! You can see a long distance from either direction on the decks. The property management company was very quick to respond to a few issues we had. We would definitely return to vacation at this home! This is the best beach home we have ever stayed in!
