Step outside to relax with alfresco dining on the private garden-level patio with plush green landscaping, which backs up to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Enjoy the sense of having a private secluded area away from the crowd, yet having a backyard pool and hot tub just steps from your patio. Swim and lounge all day with the ease of strolling to and fro for a quick beverage, snack, breakfast, lunch or dinner.



Walk to the beach (0.2 miles/400 yards) or take the free shuttle/tram to the white sugar-sand beach and crystal clear waters to absorb a daily dose of Vitamin D. If you need a break from building sandcastles enjoy the onsite restrooms with a Beach Swimming Pool, Blue Dunes Grille & Bar with outdoor seating or Tiki Hut Bar.



After a long day in the sun, return to a place you can call your own that is clean and spacious (1600 square feet) with wood floors and 13’ high ceilings. The open floor plan allows for everyone to converse throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen offers new sleek stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Your designated chef can have his/her own space or share the responsibility while offering a great area to assist.



The dining room table has seating for (6) and the kitchen counter has seating for (2). If you choose to grill there are (2) community BBQ grills. The living room features a large flat screen TV, very comfortable furniture to include a couch, sofa, and over-stuffed chair and ottoman where you can snuggle up and get cozy with popcorn for a movie night or game night!



The Master Bedroom has a tub and shower combo and also enjoys access to the back patio. The Guest Bedroom offers (2) full beds and a private bathroom adjacent to the room with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s with extra large closets.



52 private acres at the Tops’l offer endless entertainment opportunities. Stroll through the manicured resort or head to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to enjoy the natural beauty. Nature lovers can hike, run, kayak or paddleboard through the waterways in search of the native wildlife. Play a little Put-Put Golf onsite or in the evening, head to the beach with your flashlights for crab hunting, a sport that both the kids and adults can enjoy. Also take advantage of the resort dining before the stunning views at The Blue Dunes Grille (beach front) or The Oceanside Club on-site at the Tops’l Resort.



On a final note, the condo is a self check-in residence with a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.

• Parking - (2) parking passes will provided per bedroom for the open parking lot



• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.



• No Smoking - This unit is a smoke free unit. Hefty penalties will apply if evidence of smoking is found or smelt within this residence.



• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.
