Seduta nel cuore del paradiso del tennis, questa casa di città ti porterà in campo dopo la colazione e sdraiati al sole prima di pranzo. Un rapido cambio nel tuo costume da bagno e una piacevole passeggiata o un giro in bicicletta verso la spiaggia dove ti immergerai le dita dei piedi in alcune delle più belle sabbie bianche e zuccherate del Golfo del Messico!

Gli interni rilassanti offrono toni neutri con accenti di tesori costieri rendendo il comfort e il relax una priorità assoluta. È difficile non trovare te stesso ipnotizzato dalle viste sul lago.  È davvero possibile portare l'esterno in quanto da quasi tutte le finestre si può godere di scorci del bellissimo lago che circonda le ville che è fiancheggiata da passerelle perfette per una passeggiata al tramonto.

All'interno, la master suite offre un letto king-size con bagno privato con grande vasca da giardino e cabina doccia. Le camere degli ospiti dispongono di un letto matrimoniale e anche di una serie di gemelli che massimizzano il comfort individuale per ciascuno dei vostri ospiti. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV per la visualizzazione.

 Dal soggiorno, si può godere la vista tranquilla del lago e l'open space ha un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi e godersi i comfort di questa casa.  La cucina ha ampi ripiani con elettrodomestici coordinati e una zona bar per la colazione per mantenere la conversazione in corso mentre ti rilassi e condividi la tua giornata di divertimento intorno al resort. Hai anche una grande TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno con lettore DVD.

Dopo un po 'di tempo trascorso in spiaggia, puoi rilassarti in una delle piscine di Hidden Dunes dove puoi rilassarti, nuotare e riposare un po' di più. Our group of three adults and two children thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house. It was very clean, the AC worked great and the fans in each room were wonderful to have! We enjoyed sitting outside on the screened in porch. We were able to eat meals outside without worrying about bugs since the porch was screened in. We had a nice view of the small lake. The walk to the beach was not far at all. It was also a very quiet neighborhood which we really enjoyed. One member of our party was sick the day we were supposed to check out and the rental company was very receptive to our needs and responded quickly to us. I would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to Hidden Dunes for years! The complex is always kept very clean and tidy. This is the first year we stayed in this condo and we loved it. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach. Great view of the pond and it was very relaxing to sit on the porch in the evenings!

It was a very easy process renting this property. The size of our group increased after I booked it. I spoke to the property manager who adjusted everything. She was very responsive and helpful.

We started staying at Hidden Dunes 20+ years ago and it has always been a great property. Beach area is nice & not as busy as some of the nearby resorts. Beach service is very convenient. Easy walk to the beach or to the villa pool. We really like the villas and villa 34 did not disappoint. Unit overlooked lake & was very quiet. Everything in unit worked well and found everything we needed during our stay. First time renting via VRBO at Hidden Dunes versus onsite property management and all worked extremely well.

We love Hidden Dunes and this villa was great for our party of six—plenty of room, well-equipped kitchen and a full washer and dryer. We loved the screened porch overlooking the lake. The beach is a just quick walk down the path.

Gorgeous place to stay really enjoyed our R&R. We had to go a day late because of a sickness in our family. You guys were gracious enough to us to let us change our dates. We were so grateful. One of the barstools in the dining area was missing the rungs on the front of the stool and the master bath jacuzzi was extremely dirty when I turned it on, not one to complain I realize these 2 things just need to be brought to someone’s attention to get fixed. The condo was more than adequately supplied with kitchen pots and pans , dinnerware, cookware, etc. really nice appliances, bathrooms were furnished with enough towels, etc and linens were nice as well. Really gorgeous back porch that overlooks lake. We will definitely be back and tell our friends and other family members about this rental. Thanks so much again for allowing us to change our dates at no extra charge. 💕

Overall, this was a wonderful experience and a very nice property. The staff at the tennis facility was fantastic and the clay courts were nice. The kitchen was a little less modern than the impressions I reached from the pictures, but nevertheless was perfectly suitable to our minimum cooking/eating needs. I would probably suggest replacing the carpet in the master bedroom soon.

My family just spent a week in villa 34 at Hidden Dunes. We had plenty of room and especially enjoyed the large porch overlooking the fountain. My grandson loved the steam shower. Everyone was pleased with the unit.

Positive: Great Location close the beach and several attractions. The condo is very spacious and has a nice floor plan. Negative: unfortunately the condo is not very clean nor in good shape, even with the new appliances in the kitchen. The carpet was smelly, the artificial flowers are full of dust, the porch has not seen cleaning in months and do not look under the beds or couches. Sorry, but we were very disappointed and even took of a day early ! We appreciate the discount from the rental company but we also can guess why the offer came in. I cannot understand the reviews of some predecessors. Maybe they have a different standard, but we have two Kids, and we did not relly wanted them to play too much on that carpet. We can not recommend this condo and we will not go back.

Great family vacation. Easy short walk to beautiful beach. Great deck on the small inlet lake. Perfect for our family of 6 (2 parents and 4 kids). Very responsive property manager for addressing questions and coordinating our visit. Comfortable beds and linens. Clean. Very well-stocked kitchen materials for cooking and eating. Bring TP, paper towels, and garbage bags.

The Villa was spacious and had a great view over the lake. It was clean and had a great den and master bedroom and bathroom. However comparing this villa to others within the resort it clearly needs some updating especially in the kitchen. The appliances are old -notably the fridge and the stove top. The stove top burners were difficult to light to say the least! It took two or three tries ! The washer and dryer are old and made some questionable noises. Needs some fresh paint and wallpaper and there was a small hole in the wall by the hallway which was not attractive. There are great restaurants close by in the Grand Boulevard and Hidden Dunes is close to 30A if you want to go eat off the beaten track. I would not recommend this Villa at this price to anyone unless it gets updated.
