Benvenuti alla 411 Pilot House at the Village. Recentemente ristrutturato. Noleggio di lusso * NOTA BENE * CI SONO ATTUALMENTE COSTRUZIONI CHE ANDRANNO VICINO A UN NUOVO EDIFICIO Come si entra in questa unità sarete deliziati con questo condominio completamente aggiornato. Tutto è stato aggiornato dalla porta principale alla bellissima area balcone. Il proprietario ha usato colori caldi dell'oceano e un tema fantastico per la spiaggia. Non c'è niente di meglio di questo per una vacanza in Florida! 2 camere da letto / 1 bagno al prezzo di un'unità di una camera da letto. Contiene 843 piedi quadrati. Cucina completa con bar per la colazione, sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per quattro. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice dalla cucina nell'armadio. Stoviglie, posate, bicchieri e pentole forniti. Una macchina da caffè Keurig e altri piccoli elettrodomestici sono disponibili con questo appartamento. Avrai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno! Camera da letto principale ha letto king size, bagno annesso, televisore a schermo piatto, tutti gli arredi aggiornati. L'area Den ha una serie di nuovi letti a castello. C'è un altro bagno completo con doccia, lavabo e servizi igienici fuori dalla zona giorno. Questa è una grande unità per le piccole famiglie. Le lenzuola sono fornite. Puoi goderti tramonti mozzafiato dalla privacy del tuo balcone. Questa spaziosa unità, situata al 4 ° piano della Pilot House, è un noleggio PERFETTO. The apartment was great. Clean and easy and very well appointed. Screened in Porsche was lovely. No views but surrounded by trees for privacy. Beach is 5 min drive or about 20 min by shuttle bus. Pool on site and others close by. Located in the Baytown warf district with shops and restaurants and activities right downstairs

Great location, close to amenities. Property manager was attentive.Beds were very uncomfortable. Dishwasher did not work. Note: there is no TV in the bedroom with the bunk beds.

This was an excellent location with easy access to the beach and everything surrounding the Sandestin area. When it says it's a "4-5 minute walk" to the pool and the baytowne wharf village, it's basically steps to both! The room was exactly what we needed for a family of three. Easy access & very uncomplicated process through and through. Only recommendation, just like the other reviews, is the bed. A little too firm for both of us sleeping on it, but can't really complain.

We only stay at Sandestin when we visit Destin/Miramar beach. As kids got older we keep getting a bigger place. We stayed 4 nights. Managment answers faster than any other host i’ve stayed at. It’s clear by instructions that theres no condiments at all in the house not even salt. But there is enough pans, 2 types of coffee machines, a very nice toaster that made me realize i need a new toaster. Being able to wash my clothes before leaving was great. This place is located in the heart or Baytowne. Yet pretty quiet place. The 1 and only issue, the MATTRESS!!! Lawrd have mercy my spine is devastated and i cant move my neck without pain. Other than that Flinstones Mattress , it was all great.

What You See is What You Get! No frills rental, but comfortable and clean. Limited supplies like trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent & toilet paper was communicated ahead of time, so we stopped by WalMart on our way; very helpful to know! The check-in packet was detailed & helpful. No spices, cooking spray, etc. included, but there were coffee filters. There was painting happening our entire visit, so the balcony was inaccessible and there were painters outside the windows & doors most of the daylight hours, so we kept the curtains closed. No fault of the property mgmt team, though it was disappointing. Great location, right next to everything in Baytowne. As mentioned in other reviews, the master bed is HARD and will mess with your back. Forewarned is forearmed. Washer & dryer work well. Only 3 tram passes included with rental, so our family of 4 couldn't all ride together. Overall, good value for the money, excellent location. Would come again!

This property is close to everything at Baytowne Wharf. The property manager is so incredibly helpful and kind. The tram makes getting around the property a breeze.

Like many other reviews said, the beds were really uncomfortable. Even my 5 year old said his bed wasn’t comfy and he was ready for his bed at home (which is not an expensive mattress at all). Everything was very clean. There was a slight musty smell. Loved that we could just walk to restaurants and shops or take the tram to the beach. It is surprisingly quiet. We did not hear the neighbors or outside noise at all and we were there during a festival. Would definitely book again if they get some better mattresses!

This was a nice place right in Baytowne Wharf. We didn’t use many of the amenities because all of our activities were in Destin, but it was nice and quiet. Only complaint is the racist poster in the kitchen with pictures of sambos (black people with giant lips) and Indians, it doesn’t even match the beach decor.

The condo was as pictured. Location was super convenient to shops and restaurants in the village and to the beautiful pool, hot and cool spas, and work out center. Phyllis was friendly and helpful. Kids are already asking when we can go back!

I love this layout. The bedroom with the bunkbeds was the selling feature. Make sure you pack a nighlight for this room. There isn't a window. I gave this place a perfect score because there wasn't a furniture option lol. My only complaint would be the master bed. It is like sleeping on plywood and left us hurting pretty bad, every morning. A mattress topper would be an easy fix.

The condo looked exactly like the photos and the decor is really cute. Everything was a good size and the kitchen was well stocked. We also thought overall the condo was pretty clean. The floors could have been a little cleaner but overall not bad. It was not right on the beach but we knew that at booking. The location is very convenient to Baytowne Warf and there were fun things for us to do there with a family with a 5 year old. The pool that was right at the condo was a decent size but we really wish that there were umbrellas at the pool since we do like to take a break from the sun. With all of that being said, I still would not stay here again for the following reasons: The biggest thing was that the beds were absolutely awful. By the end of the week my husband and I both were in so much pain. We could not wait to leave by the end of the week so we could go home to sleep in a more comfortable bed. We were not able to rest on our vacation and that is the whole reason that we take vacation in the first place. Also, both DVD players in the master bedroom and the living room did not work at all. We tried 3 different times. We have a preschool age child who goes to bed early so it would have been nice for my husband and I to be able to watch a movie in the evenings. In addition, the front door to the condo had a code entry door-which is great but it looked like on the inside that the door had been broken previously and had not been fixed correctly so I couldn't lock the door myself from the inside so if anyone had the code they would walk right in. With a young child this made me extremely nervous. Lastly, the parking was a convenient location to the condo and close by but we had a really hard time finding a parking spot at all. We love Destin and have probably been 10 times or more and this was our least favorite condo.
