Il condominio Rising Joy è classificato tra i primi 1% da HomeAway & VRBO nelle prenotazioni e nella soddisfazione degli ospiti nell'area Destin / Miramar Beach / Santa Rosa Beach. "Questo affascinante condominio potrebbe essere il miglior valore per le vacanze al Sandestin Resort."
Situato tra i nostri vicini tranquilli a Harbor Point (almeno un adulto di 25 anni deve stare), Rising Joy è comodamente decorato con mobili nuovi del 2019 (divano letto e divano), vernice, accessori, biancheria da letto e da bagno, materasso nuovo, una cucina recentemente arredata e persino nuove finestre per viste eccezionali sul Bayside. Tutto sembra fresco, pulito e accogliente.

Mentre ti rilassi sul ponte posteriore, godendoti le splendide viste su Horseshoe Bay, sul porto turistico di Sandestin e sul Baytowne Wharf, le tartarughe si rannicchiano, sperando che lancerai loro un cracker salino. Guarda i giocatori di golf giocare ai link n. 14. A piedi dalla piscina a pochi passi.

All'interno, magari stendersi per un pisolino sul comodo divano (ovviamente è un divano letto) o sul letto king size Master BR; trovare un programma televisivo preferito in LR o BR; riunisci tutti e organizza serate di film in DVD sulla TV a schermo piatto da 50 ".

Oh, il golf cart incluso ... sei a circa 5 minuti o meno da tutto il resort (incluso il mercato Publix)! Esplora Beachside, Bayside, Lakeside e il Village at Baytowne Wharf mentre guidi tranquillamente attraverso pittoreschi laghi (sì, puoi pescare i nostri laghi ... catturare e rilasciare, ovviamente) e attraverso bellissimi quartieri.

Naviga lungo la spiaggia attraverso il comodo tunnel sotterraneo verso le spiagge bianche candide dello zucchero, il Tiki Bar, il pettinamento della spiaggia, il parapendio, i Wave Runner, un campo da basket e un minigolf e ristoranti.

The condo was well stocked and the golf cart made it easy to get everywhere on property, including the beach! We enjoyed using all 3 pools, and the included washer/dryer helped greatly with keeping everything dry!

We had a wonderful stay at Rising Joy condo. It was in a great location and very clean. Very quiet area but still close to everything. Having the golf cart was the greatest perk while staying and we used it multiple times a day. It worked great the whole time with no problems. The owner Greg was the best host we have ever had when staying in a VRBO. He was super helpful and had a very quick response to all my many questions. We plan to be back again. Thank you for a great trip!!!

We have stayed in the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort many times, but Greg is by far the most hospitable and responsive host we have ever experienced. If you want a clean, well-stocked, beautiful location, golf cart and relaxing experience, then this is the condo for you!

Greg’s place was excellent for our small family of three. From the beginning he was very communicative and we felt that he genuinely cared about us having a great stay. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.The place was spotless, and the bedroom was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. The golf cart was an added bonus! Beach access was easy and not overly crowded. We also enjoyed the new heated pool at the resort. If you’re looking for a vacation near the beach and enjoy the 30A area, this is your spot! Much more affordable and less crowded. We would love to return and stay at Greg’s place again in the future!

We loved the comfort of this condo - felt like home instantly. The sunrise view is breathtaking & location is especially convenient to the Links Golf Course & the Fitness Center. With the condo's golf cart, the abundant Sandestin amenities are easily accessible to enjoy. The kitchen was very well-stocked to cook in. The condo owner was super accessible and always very kind & professional. We will look forward to returning in the future.

This condo was comfortable, well appointed within an amazing resort complex! Amenities beyond our expectations, loved using the golf cart to access beach, pool, restaurants and shopping! Greg, the host was easy to communicate with, responsive and helpful. If your vacay goal is to chill and read on the deck, you may want to keep looking as this deck is quite small and shaded.

This property was fantastic! The bed was extremely comfortable which is huge for us! Very clean property and nice location. Quick trip to beach, wharf, grand boulevard, etc. by golf cart! We had the perfect stay at Gregg’s Harbor Pointe place. The condo was so nice, location was perfect and it was equipped with everything we needed to be at home away from home. Obviously, the golf cart was a huge plus. Greg answered questions very promptly and helped us with whatever we needed and even offered suggestions. Leading up to this day, Greg made it possible for an E bike to be delivered in my name to his place so that I could enjoy it on vacation. We really appreciate Greg going above and beyond for us this year as I am coming off of surgery. We watched fireworks on Tuesday night and storms roll in each evening from the balcony. We experienced all types of wildlife in the bay from a manatee to a stingray to even catching a speckled trout, redfish and trapping enough crabs to have a crab boil on the last night. We even experienced a pod of dolphins coming in and slapping their tails on the water to catch fish right by the dock. It was amazing! We have 9 and 11 year old boys and it was just the perfect week of adventure and relaxation. We are grateful for the time that we had at this place!

The condo was exactly as advertised and the location is ideal for active couples or small families that may want to do more than enjoy the beautiful beach (although that's just an easy golf cart ride away). Our family enjoyed the bay and golf course views, Baytown Wharf, fishing at the resort, tooling around in the golf cart, and swimming at the pools. The beach is soft, white sand, clear water.

Made a last minute decision to visit Florida and tried something different. We always stay directly on the beach. We decided to try bay side with a golf and marina view. There were so many options but reviews and the prompt attention won us over. Along with the option for golf cart. We parked our vehicle and got around in cart for everything. Easy access to beach and Baytowne Wharf and many places to eat . Everyone in the area were very friendly and shared how to get around with directions. Greg was so easy to contact and answered any questions we had. Condo was clean and comfortable and the views of the bay were awesome day and night. Bonus was sitting at pool and watching golfers tee off on hole 14. We will be back!

We loved this place. The condo was exactly as pictured and has everything you need. Comfortable couches and bed are important to us and these were great. Very clean and well organized. Golf cart was great to get to Publix and the beach. Greg, the owner responded in minutes to every email. One of the best hosts we have encountered. Enjoyed watching golfers tee off 100 feet in front of us and the water views. We will stay here again.
