Villa Del Carmen is a beautiful six-bedroom, six-bathroom home located in Miramar Beach, FL. This two-story home offers a private pool and a separate sleeping space in the pool house. From this convenient location you can easily get to multiple eateries and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall. This home is also pet-friendly, so you can bring your dog with you to the beach!

Step inside to enjoy a bright, open floor plan with high ceilings opening the space up even further. The living room offers a Smart TV, so relax on the comfortable couches and stream your favorite show. The dining table seats four with additional seating at the breakfast bar facing the kitchen. The kitchen has had a lot of attention put into it, and it shows. You will discover shiny stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and everything else you need for meal prep.

This home can sleep up to 14 guests comfortably across its six bedrooms and living room sleeper sofa. Each bedroom offers a Smart TV and four of them offer en suite bathrooms for added convenience. The property was clean and very nice. There was room for everyone. The pool house is an extra added pleasure.

Our family loved the place and location. The beach was in walking distance and the pool was a great size for the age of the children that came. A few issues were, the upstairs area was super hot and stayed hot. It seemed as though the AC was not working for the upstairs. There were some broken items already when our family arrived, (refrigerator part, washer/dryer door) I was worried we would be blamed so I took pictures just to be safe. The lights did go out only in the downstairs master bedroom which seemed odd, but came back on once we called the Rental office. Other than that, it was clean and loved the private studio master room.
