Minimum Age Requirement
The primary reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older and must remain on-site for the duration of the stay. Valid government-issued identification may be required for verification. Reservations made under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

Registered Guests Only / Occupancy Compliance
Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time unless prior written approval is granted by Coastline Condos. Guests are responsible for ensuring the number of occupants at the property does not exceed the number listed on the reservation. Exceeding the registered guest count may result in fines, removal from the property, or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Rental Agreement Required
A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. The rental agreement must be completed within the required timeframe after booking. Arrival details, access instructions, and property-specific check-in information are released only after the agreement is completed.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund, fines, and additional charges.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind (including marijuana, e-cigarettes, and similar products) is prohibited anywhere on the property, including interior spaces, balconies, patios, decks, porches, and common areas. A minimum charge equal to the full cleaning fee will be applied for any smoking-related violation, with additional charges assessed as necessary for remediation, deodorization, or damage repair.

Quiet Hours / Noise Ordinance
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with local ordinances and community rules. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted at any time. Violations may result in fines, penalties, or eviction.

Community Rules
Guests must comply with all applicable HOA, resort, or community rules associated with the property.

Replacement fees and any additional charges (fines, penalties, or assessments imposed by the community or HOA due to guest violations) may charged to the card on file.

Security Devices & Tampering
Tampering with, disabling, obstructing, or interfering with any safety, security, or monitoring equipment, including smart locks, is strictly prohibited. A minimum charge of $150 will be applied for any tampering, with additional charges assessed as necessary.

Booking & Arrival Requirements
A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation and must be completed within the required timeframe after booking.
After the rental agreement is completed, Coastline will release your arrival details, including access instructions, parking information, and any property- or community-specific notes relevant to your stay. Arrival details are not released prior to agreement completion.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are determined by the settings of the booking platform used and are displayed at the time of booking. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy associated with your booking channel. Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by that policy and platform terms.

Rates, Discounts & Promotions
Rates, discounts, promotions, coupons, or rewards are subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing may fluctuate daily or more frequently based on availability, demand, and market conditions. Any quoted rate is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed and payment is received. Official quotes, when provided, are valid for up to 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase third-party travel insurance, as Coastline Condos does not provide refunds outside the published cancellation policy.

Technology & Connectivity
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Guests who rely on uninterrupted connectivity should travel with a personal hotspot as a backup. Coastline can assist with basic troubleshooting and will contact service providers when needed; however, service outages and restoration timelines are outside Coastline's control.

Parking & Community Access
Parking is limited to designated spaces only. Community requirements and restrictions vary by HOA and will be outlined in arrival details.

Seasonal Extended Stays (Snowbird Program)
From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st-of-the-month arrival and 1st-of-the-month departure date.
For seasonal extended stays, the following additional cleaning fees apply:
- Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
- Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee.
- These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

Smoking Damage & Extra Cleaning
A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.

Damages, Liability, and Security
As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest/invitee-caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls/charges, fines/assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking/vaping/marijuana, or dog-related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

Shipping & Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.
Safety and Security: Certain properties may be equipped with safety and security devices such as monitored systems or exterior cameras (no interior spaces are monitored).

We had a great time at summer house townhomes. This place was clean, it has a nice pool and it is located within a short walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: Excellent location, grounds are clean, pool is central to the property. Disliked: The condo looks like they decorated it in the mid 90’s from a bad thrift store. The beds were some of the hardest, cheapest mattresses I’ve ever laid on. The upstairs rooms stay stuffy even with a ceiling fan and box fan going. The upstairs flooring is so soft it feels like it will fall through in spots. We pulled out more than one dirty (food on it-not just spotty) dish. The keurig spit grounds until it stopped working all together the first morning. Management offered to replace it, but we used the coffee maker because I don’t want strangers in the place I rented. The condo was *dirty* The floors were still wet when we walked in it after 5pm. Check in was at 4. The condo has an overbearing HOA that absolutely polices and watches you the entire time you’re there. They’re oblivious when you don’t want to speak, talking to everyone and stalking the outside of the property constantly, when we dipped our feet in the pool (photo proof attached) a bit past closing the night we arrived, then we walked back to our condo, the sprinklers went off spraying us and we yelped (non-potable water to the eye is concerning), and we woke up to a text the first day of our stay telling us of the HOA, Walton sound ordinances, pool hours, and that further complaints would result in a fine, etc. Each night after I filmed as the huge house beside us loudly partied well past the time cited in the text.

Nice and Comfy condo that is a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Destin! The pool area was nice as well. Overall, a peaceful place to enjoy a 6-day vacation and look forward to coming again!

Value proposition

We rented a few weeks in advance of our stay. The unit had all of the basics. The management company was very responsive to our needs. The floor is fairly worn and unattractive. but most of the furnishings are in good condition. The interior paint is a drab shade of brown which is unattractive. The appliances are good/adequate. There are 2 1/2 baths including a shower in one bathroom and a tub/shower off the master bedroom. The sliding glass door to the rear patio is hard to use and looks out to a neighbors patio, which has lots of junk on it. It is maybe 3-4 tenths of a mile to the public beach. I would check on the refund policy before renting again. Still, I would recommend this unit if the price is in line with your basic needs.

Back door needs replaced

It was a nice stay for the price but I would not stay here again unless the sliding glass door is replaced. The manager was very attentive and the maintenance guy did all he could. The only way to the pool was that door so it was a huge problem. I would recommend this place if the door is replaced.

Good location

Good location. Very dated, outdated decor condo but we were there just to sleep. Very good communication from property. The pool building was closed. Pool area very small and hard to access because the sliding glass door was broken and the weeds/grass was so tall where you had to walk through to get there. WiFi ended the morning we left. Good location to walk to beach or drive golf cart.

Amazing home away experience!

We loved how the house was set up, it was the perfect size for us! The Kitchen, that Pantry, wow! Rooms, bathrooms spacious! Balcony nice! We enjoyed the pool, nice times always! We also met a nice gentlemen, he made our stay pleasant, he is a very nice person to talk to! We loved how everything was within walking distance from each other. The Beach was about a 5 minute walk from the house. Some other stores and restaurants like Pompano Joes, Whaletail, Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream, Alvin's Island as well. We enjoyed our stay, we will be back!! Thank you!!! Cuevas & Hernandez family♡

Great Stay for your Money

This unit is quietly kept close to everything. It is behind Alvin's Island. It is approximately a 5 minute walk from the unit to the beach. The unit could have been a little cleaner for our liking but it was clean and well maintained. The pool and laundry room is steps outside the back door. Laundry is $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per dry. Bring your own detergent. Overall good stay, will be back

Great experience overall- would stay again

The condo is very simple and located a couple of blocks from the beach, just as described in the listing. I’ve seen bad reviews, but everything that we experienced was what we expected based on the property that we rented. It’s not a four-star hotel, but it was plenty sufficient for us during our vacation.

Great Location and Good Size for us!

So we had a great location and a good size place. Ok so the negatives: The front door and the half bath’s door was horrible. The doors need repainted or cleaned soooo bad. The laminate on the stairs were not done poorly. One white paint strip on the ceiling that doesn’t match the rest of the ceiling. A man came in and put the door blinds in while we were there and did not have a work shirt on. Who knows?! Wish there was a better way to get to the beach like a code or something. Would possibly stay here again.

A bit of a walk to the public beach. Right behind an Alvin's Island. Only thing that was an issue, no bedding for the pull out couch (went to Walmart). We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and bathrooms to accommodate my large family.

The place was okay, definitely nothing fancy. I do feel like more items should have been available to us as in toilet paper (less then half roll when we arrived), we added rags to the stock pile, towels are very limited, there were no cleaning supplies (dishwasher, dish liquid etc. trash bags). It was somewhat of an inconvenience to have to go buy ALL of these items. If I had known I would have brought them from home. The 1 min walk to the beach is somewhat true if you have someone there to open someone else’s private gate access other then that, its definitely 1 min to drive to public parking! Overall the place was nice and the people that live there in the community was very sociable and informative. Yes, I would book this property again knowing what I know now.

Could be improved

The location of this condo is great. Just a block or two from the beach, and close to a popular restaurant. We chose it because it seemed to offer a bit more space than other options for our family of 6. We are used to choosing budget accommodations over amenities, but in this case, I'm not sure it was worth it. It seems the very minimum has been done to make this condo rentable. Here are a few things we experienced (I have photos I could upload if I was able): Dirty comforters and threadbare, stained sheets in the second bedroom. Stained sheets in the master bedroom. Peeling paint on the cabinets and walls. The stairs are not flat. The stairnose sits above the step and it hurts to walk on. EVERY stair creaks LOUDLY. Don't plan on any kids staying asleep while you walk down to get your morning coffee! Very cheap floor with gaps in areas that collect dirt. Toaster didn't work. No lid for the blender. No plug for the sink. Frying pan doesn't sit flat on the stove so it's very hard to cook. All pots/pants are in very poor condition. All-in-all, the we liked the square footage and location, but would not stay here again. Many updates are needed.

Our Stay

The property was clean, but it was very out dated. The skillet was very hard to cook in, because it wouldn't sat on the burner flat,, u have to hold the pan flat to cook in it. We had to buy toilet paper and face cloths to wash makeup off with. Was told by neighbor we couldn't use a grill, we really wanted to cookout, because it was so hard using what was in the kitchen to cook in, so we ended up eating out, a lot. (extra expense,)Considering everything, we would rent it again, it is very quiet there because u cant make any noise between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
