“TV was on full volume in the unit attached to ours. Called host at 10:00 PM and she said she would be there in 10 minutes. She never came. Got no sleep, TV was still on through the morning. Toilet leaked out the bottom covering the floor. Maintenance came and was very helpful but this was 8:30 at night and was told they knew about the problem before we arrived. Nice property, not much of anything to do in the area for families. Unit was clean.”

“The property was clean and family friendly. It was very near many of the hikes and other amenities we were hoping to experience during our visit to the redwoods. We loved that it was right on the river, which was slow moving and fun to play in. “Gorgeous home and furnishings. Well appointed with everything you need in kitchen and bathrooms. The view of the river was lovely and we enjoyed the deck. Very safe and secure gated property. Leather recliner was comfy. House was clean and bright. Twinkly lightening outside was charming and helpful at night. Bee hive in tree next to deck was fascinating to observe. “Easy to find as it was just off the highway but little to no road noise once we were there. Staff was very nice and helpful. Cabin 4 was pretty clean, nice, plenty of room for 2 people. Great view of the trees and what should have been the river from our deck and picnic area. River was basically dry which was a bummer. It was pretty quiet which was nice. Pool and hot tub were excellent! They even had it stay open an hour later since it was so hot and we took advantage of a sunset swim which was...
