“The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa”

“Zunächst einmal mega gut für Hunde: so viel Platz zum Herumtoben und Erkunden in einem sicher eingezäunten Garten, zu dem ein Park und ein Fußballplatz gehören. Und wir Menschen konnten uns super entspannen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder 😀”

“We had an emergency with our son who was stranded in Italy for 2 days before we were to arrive. Manuella graciously arranged to allow our son to stay there for the two days before our arrival. Renato, her property manager was wonderful to deal with. A very nice home but not very close to the metro or trains but there is a bus I think. We did have to buy paper towels and toilet paper while there for 3 days. Highly recommend them.”

“Siamo stati veramente bene nella casa dei signori Domenico e Marinette, persone veramente gentili, cordiali è molto attenti ai nostri bisogni. La casa è perfetta con un bellissimo giardino con barbecue. La zona di Porto Ceresio, anche se fuori stagione, è veramente piacevole è molto bella. C’è una splendida passeggiata lungo il lago di Lugano che ti fa rilassare e godere di viste bellissime. Consigliamo vivamente la casa di Domenico e Marinette è un soggiorno a Porto Ceresio.”

“Capodanno con amici festeggiato in questa bella villa vicino malpensa. La casa merita “solo” un 4 stelle su 5 proprio per il “fresco/freddo” che era presente su un lato della casa (camere 1º piano lato sala cinema e sala biliardo + bagnetto di servizio). Consiglio di chiudere la porta che dà alla stanza “cinema” così da far entrare nelle stanze da letto meno aria fredda. Probabilmente per via di qualche disservizio oltre quello appena citato, non riusciva ad uscire l acqua calda in cucina. Molto...

If you can believe it, the villa, the rooms, the views and the lake are all even more beautiful than the pictures. And it’s perfectly located between Brienno and Argegno, which makes it convenient to Como as well as to the public ferries to Bellagio and elsewhere. The property manager, Cristina, was amazing. “Overall description was accurate. Parking was an issue. Parking for us was down the slope and on the public road. If you are packing a crib, this property is not for you. Plan on a steep walk to get to the house. This was a concern during night hours. Washer was available; however, we could not stand the oder, so we never used it.”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted to dirty dishes, smelly refrigerator, someone’s laundry in the washer/dryer as well as a lack of cleaning of the property and a number of broken items. Contacted the management company who asked for us to send pictures which we did and they subsequently sent cleaners over who did the bare minimum as they only vacuumed the main floor, not the other floors. “La struttura è moderna e molto bella, la prima pecca sta sicuramente nell’orario per il check-in, che è fisso alle 15h, quindi purtroppo bisogna aspettare nonostante la stanchezza del viaggio. Il secondo punto negativo sta nelle pulizie nelle stanze. Visto lo standard dell’edificio e i costi, le pulizie dovrebbero essere incluse. ”
