“Great ocean front property. Park, check in and hit the beach. The beach is a few feet away from your car so no lugging heavy beach necessities, coolers or chairs, for long distances. The beach view from the outdoor balcony was great and you see, and hear the waves crashing all day and night. Room was clean with microwave and fridge. They have an outdoor shower and elevator and the staff was very nice. Only issue, the shower head in the room needs to be replaced. It had little water coming out...

“I love staying at the Pleasantview. We go almost every year. For a beachfront hotel it is clean and well maintained and the pool is always warm. Our last stay was disappointing because our room was not cleaned one time over a 4 night stay. We had to continually ask for towels and bring our garbage out. It’s not terrible but disappointing for the amount you pay to stay at this hotel.”

“Room was not appealing. Looked like it was still being renovated. Lack of lighting and a place to put clothes. TV was not always work do to poor signal. and no were to sit to watch. There was a bed as you walk in to the main room which lacked a cover and a large round table with chairs.Also door only had one very poor lock. Room was definitely over priced.”

“It was a place to stay for two nights, and it was quiet. I stayed on the 2nd (top) floor. It is a basic motel, with parking immediately in front of the rooms. No amenities, and nothing nearby (walking distance) for dinner/snacks/drinks.”
