About the Home:
This 3,400 sq. ft. (315 sq. m) home offers 6 bedrooms: 1 king, 4 queen, and 1 double/full bed. It’s a great option for families and groups looking for a spacious and budget-friendly stay.

Please note: This is an older home with visible signs of wear and tear. While we strive to keep it tidy and comfortable, the home is not modern, and certain areas have permanent stains and signs of age that cannot be improved at this time. If you are expecting a spotless, newly updated, or pristine property, this may not be the right fit for you.

The downstairs area includes a ping pong table for casual fun.

House Rules:
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbors:
• No parties or events – $1,000 fines for violations
• No smoking indoors
• No illegal activities
• No shoes inside the house
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• Pets are allowed upstairs only (see pet policy below).

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed on the top floor only, with a maximum of 2 pets. A $169 cleaning fee ensures the space remains allergen-free for future guests, including those with severe pet allergies. Violation of this policy (e.g., pets downstairs) will result in emergency cleaning fees and fines.

Additional Details:
• Air mattress available in the downstairs linen closet; extra linens provided upon request.
• Please note there is a train nearby, and train noise may be heard during your stay (50m away).
• Two exterior cameras are in place for security and to monitor guest numbers.

Thank you for your understanding and respect for our home and community! Note: The house is located 50m from the train, so you may hear some train noise. It isn’t maintained to a high standard—please don’t expect too much. The sofabed is a pullout double bed. Some broken windows (one layer only)

The house was nice and big but there was dust and animal fur almost everywhere you looked. Our socks were black within 1 hour of being in the house. Also the one toilet was obnoxiously loud and woke almost everyone at night when used definitely left the place cleaner then when we got there

The interior was great. But the curb appeal is far below the cost of the rental. Dirty, unmaintained with broken windows. Once you get inside, the home is about 4/5 clean but the outside has alot of potential but is just completely unmaintained. It's very obvious you aren't invited onto the back patio, however the assumption is that everyone is going to throw a party, when in reality the several people who are staying just want to sit down and enjoy (in our case) the last weekend of summer. If the outside was clean and had maybe 3+ chairs, my rating would be 5/5.

Great place to stay!

We had a funeral in Lake Errock and this was a great place to stay. The description was perfect. The conditions were as described except for the kitchen being a little dirty. Last person that stayed had checked out the same day we checked in and they were just a little short on time to clean. We had no problem cleaning what was missed and the property manager was very apologetic about it. Bedrooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Showers and towels were clean. Would stay here again. Plenty of incidentals were readily available and we did not need to contact anyone to get more.

Not clean

The house was big enough for our group, the beds were clean and the kitchen was well supplied. But the rest was terrible. All high touch surfaces were gross (bathroom doors, railing, cupboard doors), bathroom shower dripped, upstairs bath took a long time to drain and didn't have a shower curtain, our feet were black after walking on it for 1 hour and there was hair on the ledge in the downstairs shower.
