“Room was clean, average hotel. Although we were in a non- smoking floor, there was definitely someone smoking cigarettes:-(. Room walls are thin, can hear your neighbor. Restaurant hotel was good and prices were surprisingly inexpensive. Hotel is older however, it does need upgrades. ”

The proximity of the hotel to the greater Palm Springs area was perfect if you have a car which is a must. “Really disappointed in the service from the girls. They couldn’t even tell people when food got delivered. They stayed in the office 90% of the time. We really didn’t appreciate the music at 2am when everybody is in their rooms sleeping and I couldn’t even hear our tv. Ear plugs did nothing. Also it is advertised as clothing optional but that is not the case at all. Just disappointed to spend that much money on mediocre service, crappy stale food and a jacuzzi that was not that warm and needed...
