“The place is near Convoy area where you can find asian restaurants, markets and karaoke at night. 15-16 minutes away from the beach. It's a nice place to stay with family and friends. Super clean. I would definitely come back”

“The staff was friendly and very helpful. The property was clean and the room was comfortable. The parking was pretty straight forward and simple, that's huge when you just want to unload and relax... no stress lot. I really appreciate and recognize the efforts made by the staff and owners. Will definitely return to this location. Thank you! ”

“This place is awsome! Will be my go to place when we stay in SD from now on...for the price cannot beat this. Clean, no roaches/bugs, comfortable beds, small but clean pool, AND breakfast! We stayed at a place in a neighboring city that was only 10 dollars cheaper, had roaches & no breakfast. Met one of the maintenance workers and he was kind & helpful. House keeping staff is obviously doing an amazing job too!”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.

“Last minute booking but a great one. Was not aware of having to pay for parking but it was only $5 a night which luckily was not an issue. It is quiet even for being right next to the freeway. The room was comfortable and had everything I was looking for. Good hidden gem near SDSU.”
