“When I checked in I had already paid for the room through Expedia. When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go. “Staff was excellent”

“It is what its name says. Room was clean, except for the bathroom sink. Staff was friendly, but I had only two opportunities to interact with them. The place is in the process of renovation - my room had new flooring, for instance The neighborhood is not the nicest Tallahassee has to offer, but it is convenient to FSU. ”

“We received a warm welcome. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the continental breakfast, which was extremely disappointing, consisting only of packaged muffins and granola bars. On the other hand, the coffee was excellent”

“I liked nothing about the property i chose to stay because i had stayed in previous years. It wasn't like that years ago when we stayed it is now doing renovating or construction on the property. Nothing was good about this stay. The hot water wasn't hot to take a shower and i saw roaches in the bathroom. Everything was terrible I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and no one else”

“When I checked in it took almost 30 mins for the staff member to get me a room as he was unfamiliar with the system. When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were. “Generally good value for the money. Missing hair dryer, coffee maker in room. Shower rod was loose also out of wall. TV did not have access to any channels.”

“The elevators don’t work and the pool is full of scum and closed. The mini fridge smelled like chemicals and wasn’t working or able to be turned on. Located next to a seedy adult movie store.”

“Great place to stay 3 minutes from FSU. Clean and modern. We stayed in a king suite and bed was comfortable, sleeper sofa comfortable. Will stay there again.”
