Hot Tub and Rooftop Patio- Walk to Downtown!

Come stay in our stylish, modern, downtown home in Missoula. Walk to the Hip Strip and all of the restaurants, shopping, and art downtown in only 10 minutes. Get home and relax in the hot tub or watch the trains and mountains from our rooftop patio complete with a fire table. Play darts or air hockey in the game garage in the evenings and watch the sunrise through our massive floor to ceiling windows in the morning!

We love the trains, but want you to know that you can hear them from inside the house at times throughout the day.

Nice modern spot in a very convenient location. We enjoyed our walks to downtown and watching the trains, which were noisy at times but overall we weren’t disturbed. Would stay again!

Clean, good location, all the amenities, comfortable. Check in easy, communication was thorough and helpful. Great wi-fi, tv with apps to watch all your shows. People bridge right out the front door will take you to stores, restaurants, and bars. Terrific little coffee shop 2 blocks away.

Comfortable & stylish townhouse, with trains . . . The unit is very clean, well decorated and maintained, the hardwood floors and wood work are great. The layout worked very well for our party of 3 adults but could comfortably accommodate 2 couples a kid or two. Kitchen is well-equipped, beds are comfortable and the rooftop patio is very enjoyable. The location is good overall, just off the beaten path but a quick walk to downtown and the river. The only drawback is the train yard across the street - the noise wasn’t overly disruptive for us, and after a while it sort of grew on us, but those who are very light sleepers, families with infants or napping-age children, or those trying to WFH could find it problematic. Bottom line, I would stay at the railroad townhouse again, it was a comfortable and convenient home base for our visit to Missoula this summer!

Very neat property. Proximity to the crossing for the train tracks makes for an easy walk into downtown. Huge windows are pretty. Loved the modern feel. Best shower we had while in Montana (3 different vrbos). Clean, beautiful, easy process. Jacuzzi was hot. Great stay!!!

Great time in Missoula!

This place is fantastic! Close to downtown and spacious. We will definitely consider booking here again. The only thing to note is the train is close and super loud around 5am. I bought some earplugs and slept fine.

Perfect VRBO for visit to Missoula

Property was just as described. Very modern and close to downtown. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. We loved sitting in the hot tub at the end of the day! Beautiful views. Great spot for family. We will be back!

Good location. And very clean

Only a couple of things . The dishwasher broke while we were there. Also the fact that we had to be quiet after 10 pm . lol while a train is running next to the house . Other than that it’s a nice place . I can see us staying there again someday

Excellent Stay

The house was as-advertised and our hosts were excellent. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like wireless charging nightstand lamps, that really make a difference in the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation weekend

We had a beautiful weekend to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The house had everything we needed and the games and hot tub were a plus! There is construction on the bridge at the moment but it was not an issue for us. Location was great. Beautiful views. Would love to stay again!

Great spot for Missoula getaway

Great location and easily walkable to downtown. Well furnished, clean and comfortable. Excellent communication from hosts. Super easy checkout process. Caution if you’re a light sleeper as there can be a lot noise at night from the trains.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It’s exactly as it shows in the photos. Many extra touches like the wonderful linens, great towels, and locally sourced, hand soap, and toiletries. The beds were not comfortable for our group, but this is only our preferences, Many people in other for you it was rave about them. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. We were unable to use the air hockey table, since it was unplayable due to damage but the dartboard was fun. We stayed here in January so the basement was very cold. We would’ve appreciated a small space heater while we were downstairs. We enjoyed the hot tub most nights!! The hosts had great communication with us throughout the whole process, making us feel very comfortable. They are very honest with the condo being next to the railyard, and the noise that it does produce. The Skybridge was under construction during her visit which we understand. If you were looking for privacy, the Skybridge is right outside the windows and when it’s open to public this will produce a lot of foot perfect. Just saying you might have to always have blinds up. Again, overall, this was a beautiful place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality

Beautiful Cozy Home!!!

We loved this beautiful townhome and I can’t say enough about how kind and responsive the owners are. I really did not want to leave. The trains are right there but the home is extremely well built. You definitely don’t feel the rumble and it’s much quieter than I thought it would be. It never bothered me or kept me awake and I’m a very light sleeper. The owners are also thoughtful enough to provide sound machines if it does bother you. We loved this place so much and we will definitely be back!
