“The hotel was being remodeled , and the pool
Area was closed. Something that wasn’t advertised so when we booked the room for the kids being able to swim we got there and the pool Was closed. Wouldn’t have stayed there knowing the pool Was closed. The fridge froze our food and exploded our sodas, there wasn’t any water pressure taking a shower. When the site said “ breakfast” just an fyi it’s not included you pay for it.
The staff was super friendly! ”

“As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....
