“Rooms are run down. Blanket had stains in it. Was given the wrong room at check in and got argued with on what i booked. Had to have my key reactivated on the 2nd night since they didnt put both nights in the syatem. Better to stay at another midgrade hotel.”

“Property claimed to have a hot tub months prior at the time of booking. Definitely didn’t have a hot tub. The hot tub was the deciding factor of the booking. ”
