“My mattress was broke and they didn't fix it. I asked for a replacement or to be switched to a diffrent room. They said they didn't have one available. I then got back to my room the second night and they texted me at 11:48 and said they could swith rooms after I was already asleep in the floor for the second night stay. I was not happy at all. ”

It was fairly clean but definite signs of wear (paint chipping, water damage on bathroom floor, no shower curtain liner, TV remote didn't not work correctly, etc.).
