We liked that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel but be mindful of their hours of operation, atmosphere, and prices. We found the harbour restaurant next door to be more accommodating for families. We loved dining outdoors overlooking the harbour.”

“Rooms are in decent shape. Nice location, aside from the fact that this hotel is located next to the Chemainus log sort facility. On Expedia there is no disclosure of this just that you’ll get good rest…when we arrived and checked in there was again no disclosure of this. Arriving in the room we noticed earplugs and thought that was weird but later realized that is because the semi trucks are going all hours of the night! The ear plugs are evidence the hotel is aware of the noise. When we...

“Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”
