  • The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. Out the back door is a patio area where you can enjoy the weather outside. I have a few short stays in these townhouse. This gives a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.

Wonderful property and a nice neighborhood with a large garage and plenty of sleeping and living room area. Hidden gem.

Nice spot not too far off the highway so it was great to stop on a long road trip! Cute place and very clean, lots of places to eat nearby.

On a scale of one to 10 for cleanliness, it was an eight with lightbulbs out and some cobwebs. The rugs in the bathroom hasn’t been washed in a while, and there is no mattress pads on the beds. The door of the microwave was very loose on the hinges, the sink in the primary suite bathroom, drained slowly, the garage door did not work, the water dispenser on the refrigerator leaked all over. We were surprised by the amount of the host fee which was over half of what the rental rate was. It would be helpful if the light switches were labeled since we never did find the switch for the ceiling light in the kitchen. The grill and outdoor furniture could not be used because of cleanliness issues. The backyard was in dire need of mowing.

Great townhome

This townhome is great. Very clean, felt like my own home and in a nice/quiet neighborhood. The host was very communicative and check in/out was very easy. Would absolutely stay at this location again if I ever go back to Mitchell.

We had a great 2 month stay in the townhome. Spacious rooms with plenty of bed options, open feel and comfortable. Great location, just minutes to whatever brings you to Mitchell. Have already recommended to others and would definitely stay here again.

Women's State Softball

This townhome was PERFECT for most of our softball team who attended state softball. We were able to gather and stay in the same location which gave us a better bond and more time with each other.

I helped the property manager out by switching to another unit. The unit was nothing like the one I reserved. I was supposed to have leather couches, but we received stained couches and a stained mattress. blinds that didn't go down, so we couldn't use one of the rooms and had to share beds. The banister was a safety hazard because it was wobbly. Very disappointed. I paid over 300 for a subpar town house.
