In the entryway, you’ll find the Hüttenzauber apartment on your left.

The living area features several unique pieces, from the panoramic window to the farmhouse cabinet dating back to 1837, and provides access to the real highlight—the sleeping areas!

The first bedroom is furnished—just as they once were in the alpine pastures—with two built-in single beds measuring 80x200 cm. The second bedroom features a single bed of the same size. The Swiss stone pine wood ensures a restful night’s sleep!

The balcony is also accessible directly from the living room. Your view takes in the sheep grazing on the hillside and the mountains of Mittenwald.

The compact kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. Right next to it is the dining table with a bench and chairs.

The bathroom is practically designed, featuring a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink.

Please note: Due to the sloping ceilings, the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms have limited headroom!

During your stay, you can park your car in a private parking space directly in front of the “Zauberberg” house.
