“The hotel looks a bit better in the photos than it does in person, but overall our stay was perfectly fine. The room was clean and spacious. We had requested one large bed instead of two singles, but still ended up with two separate beds; fortunately, we were able to push them together. Breakfast was exactly what we expected from the pictures, with coffee available only as drip coffee from a thermos. The property is located right next to the highway, but our room faced the opposite direction, so...

“Wir waren schon das zweite Mal Hrad Vildstejn. Und wieder hat sich bestätigt, es hat alles von vorne bis hinten gepasst. Angefangen vom Zimmer, ein sehr großes geräumiges Zimmer, bzw. Zwei. Das Frühstück war auch gut, war alles da was man braucht und was satt macht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Dame an der Rezeption kann deutsch, also besser als ich tschechisch.”

“An sich ein schönes, vergleichsweise kleines Hotel von Familie für Familien. Unserer Tochter hat es super gut gefallen, vor allem der Poolbereich und die Kinderbetreuung bei Andi. Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. “We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne ”

“The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! ”

“Das wichtigste zuerst : Es ist sauber und ordentlich! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Mobilar und die gesamte Einrichtung des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ⭐⭐⭐ Das Hotel liegt estwas abgelegen und somit sehr schön ruhig. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Man braucht jedoch schon ein Fahrzeug um in die Stadt zu kommen. ⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten Zimmer mit Balkon, welcher auch relativ groß war ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leider war der Pool nur bis 21.00h zugänglich, was uns es erschwerte ihn zu nutzen. ⭐⭐ Anwendung wie Massagen o. ä. vor Ort zu buchen ist...
