They couldn’t accommodate to my clinical sites and schooling schedule. They would coke Other than, I had a few issues with towels being stocked after “services and toilet paper. I called multiple times sign multiple occasions regarding tissue and fowel replacement.
I ended up buying my own toilet paper l, mind you I’m from California and there for 18 plus days.!”

“Beautiful hotel, very clean. The pool was amazing, my kids loved it. Clean, not very busy and the drinks at the pool bar were 10/10. The only thing I would complain about is the bathrooms. Not as clean, needed some upgrades, bathtub and toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. ”

Everything is crazy expensive - breakfast for 2 adults (no drinks except water) was $110. Drinks by the pool… minimum $20 for a cocktail. $17 if it was a virgin cocktail. We had a sick child in the room and needed new sheets and towels and it took 9 calls to “guest services” to...

“Everything could have been wonderful if only safety felt like a number 1 priority. They give a code to unlock your doors, pretty sure they give the same code Everytime. At 1:30 in the morning I was woken up to someone coming in my room, the people were just as shocked as me to see someone in the room. The night shift gave them the code to our room and said it was their room. Now first mistake is selling a room that is already occupied, but you are telling me you always use the same code?!?! So...

“This hotel would not park my truck and had no other parking options for me and my family. I had to park 2 blocks away for $35 a day at a restaurant but I could not take my car anywhere or I would have to pay an additional $35 to park again. Also, you had to make sure to pay another $35 before 11am the next day or it would be towed. Very poor for such an expensive hotel. No effort was made to compensate. I would not stay here again. ”
