Villetta a schiera di 3 camere da letto più recente situata a Rim Village Vista, 5 miglia a sud del centro di Moab. Lo sviluppo è molto popolare tra i vacanzieri e offre piscina, vasca idromassaggio, parco giochi e campo da tennis / basket.

La residenza cittadina ha una cucina completamente attrezzata per risparmiare denaro e le 3 camere da letto e l'area soppalcata daranno molto spazio a tutti.

Il garage per due auto è ottimo per riporre i tuoi giocattoli e c'è un ulteriore parcheggio sulla strada accanto alla residenza cittadina.

Le cancellazioni devono essere effettuate almeno 30 giorni prima della data di arrivo per un rimborso completo.

Everything was wonderful!

Great Stay!

The rental was perfect for our group. Beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and blankets, and everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed except for forks and spoons, those were in short supply. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Location and condo were nice. More south of town than expected. Excessive trailers parked in the complex making it difficult to maneuver to the garage.

Moab getaway great location

Moab is one of our favorite places to go wheeling and we try to stay in the Moab Rim condos whenever we go with friends and family. Usually a large group of friends so the bedroom configuations work out great. This unit is convenient and at the front of the property. Great parking for large trailers and trucks too next to the unit. This units garage is a bit strange with not a lot of space in front of it due to the other units. Only the garage is where the vehicle can sit otherwise over 2 Jeeps or cars need to park on the street. Unit is clean and has all the amenities of home to make it easy to be at home there. Overall it was great. The check in process was simple and all was great. Thanks for another great stay in Moab.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to this development a couple of times, and had hoped we’d found a unit with a view. The photos are a little misleading as they look like they were taken before development happened around this unit. There was very little privacy with a street outside and trucks parked on it. They need some bottom up blinds to keep the view of the mountain skyline and block out vehicles and houses.

Not only were the accommodations very comfortable and well-equipped, but we also felt safe during a violent storm that swept through the area, especially having a private garage for our vehicle. The location on the southern-most border of the town allowed us beautiful views of the LaSal mountains and red cliffs from every window. We will definitely choose this property for return visits to this stunning area!

The outdoor grill igniter switch does not work so at the last minute I had to prepare our food on the stovetop. The next day I found a firestarter that I could have used to start the grill.Great location for our needs. Lots of atv's that week in our location.The property was well maintained,could use more soap in the shower,will bring our own next time. We did eat out at the Blue Pig restaurant which was delicious and not crowded when we ate there. All in all a great unit for six people.

Exceeded our expectations!

Loved this place! Beautiful view, great location, perfect amenities, and a clean and cozy home. We had everything we needed and more and we loved having access to a garage for our rigs. The pool and hot tub access are nice additions and the wifi worked great. We Would DEFINITELY stay again and can’t wait to come back!

Great Townhouse

This townhouse was perfect for us 3. Great location just a few miles out of Moab. Having a kitchen, we could get a few groceries and relax on the porch and watch the stars and Milky Way and drink coffee in the mornings and watch the sunrises. Garage is a big bonus too! Loved it and will be back.

Great location with access to Moab & surrounding parks! Additional perks - tremendous views of the mountain ranges… definitely would reserve again when returning to Moab!!!
