Beautiful Townhome adjacent to the Pool and Hotub

Come and relax after a busy day of sightseeing, rafting, hiking, biking, jeeping, or golfing. This clean and comfortable unit with amenities will add to your vacation experience in Moab.

The home is equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, liquid body wash, shampoo. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

All bedrooms are located upstairs in this unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it’s own TV. There is also a full bathroom located upstairs. The ground level also includes a walk-out patio, living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and washer and dryer room. The walk-out patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs.

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, side by sides, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab Car show.

This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community that the unit is located in) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday, Oct 25th, 2020

Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open (weather permitting)

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Very good accomodation with plenty of nice touches. Bed in MB was just ok ( not as firm as we prefer) but overall everything was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped, everything worked and it was treat to have a garage. 8-10 minute drive to town, 20 to Arches, 45 to Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park (which we would recommend). One minor improvement would be mats for the bathtubs...the bathtub flooors were a bit slippery.

Great condo outside the busy downtown Moab area. It was comfortable, clean, and had all the supplies we needed for the kitchen and bathrooms. Communication was great and check in was easy. We had no issues and would stay here again. Thanks!

Quiet location, nice views

This condo is as described, nice, spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms are a nice size, location is good and views are great. Being right across from the pool is a great feature. There were a few issues to note- neither of the bath tubs drained properly. If you don’t mind standing in a few inches of water, you’ll be fine. The garage is a bonus, but not having a garage door opener is a bit inconvenient. It became a game of who would pull out the car, close the garage door and then run to the front door to lock that and get back in the car. And also, there were tons of ants in the kitchen. I did message the owner about these issues and received a response of “thank you” I was not looking for a resolution to the issues, but an apology would have been nice. And maybe a keychain for the condo keys would help too so they are not misplaced.

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for my family as a place to stay as we visited Arches and Canyonlands. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was close to the pool and jacuzzi, though we didn't use it as it was busy with people at the times we wanted to go. Popular choice! There were a few minor maintenance issues which we passed along to the property manager. But that didn't impact our satisfaction with the stay. It was great.

Great place to stay for Moab adventure

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet place with great views and don't mind a little drive into town for the restaurants. Lots more space than a hotel in town. Full kitchen. Room for two cars in the garage. Across the driveway from the pool and hot tub. Beautiful view of the cliffs to the west and the La Sals to the east.Directions provided were clear. No problems with check-in. A text to the property manager for the garage code was responded to quickly. The place was clean, plenty of towels including for the pool. All the pots and pans we needed for when we didn't eat out. Beds were comfy. Good water pressure in the shower. About 10 minute drive into town for restaurants and groceries, 20 minutes to Arches NP entrance. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay in Moab

The condo was bigger than we thought. We loved it! The garage is huge! The couches were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the beds! So comfortable! And that view of the Moab Rim was perfect! Highly recommended!

This property was perfect for our needs:). There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. The unit was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and soaps. This place has a nice garage and a deep driveway which was super nice for parking our side by sides. I will stay here again if it’s available for our next trip to Moab.

This was our home base for our Arches/Canyonlands/Capitol Reef/Goblin Valley/Dead Horse State Park. The place was perfect. Clean and easy to get to. We will definitely come back.

Perfectly fine

Great price for the size of accommodation. Location was good for families too. Much quieter. It is a little trek to downtown but nothing too bad. Great amenities with the pool and play park. We were missing a few items when we arrived but they were delivered to us after contacting the manager.
