Bella, nuovissima casa con vasca idromassaggio privata e vista spettacolare sulle montagne di La Sal.

Il nostro spazioso, 1800 piedi quadrati, casa a 2 piani dispone di un design moderno con 2 ampie zone soggiorno, 2 patii all'aperto coperti e un ampio parcheggio per più veicoli.

La casa è su 1 acro di terra, a 10 minuti di auto a sud del centro di Moab. È ideale per esplorare i parchi nazionali di Arches e Canyonlands, vicino a mountain bike, trekking, 4 ruote, arrampicata su roccia, rafting e paesaggi incredibili.

La casa include l'accesso a Internet WiFi ad alta velocità, porte di ricarica USB in tutte le camere da letto, servizio di Dish TV e altoparlanti Sonos nelle zone giorno.

All'esterno ci sono 2 patio coperti separati con una nuovissima vasca idromassaggio privata per 7 persone, comodi posti a sedere, un grande tavolo da pranzo e un grill a gas. Il cortile dispone anche di un grande pozzo del fuoco.

This is the first home we have stayed in that felt really clean. It also has one of the largest main floor bathrooms we have ever experienced. The home has a lot more landscaping around it now, much more than the photo depicts and there is an RV campground behind the home (just out of view of the photo area). It wasn't a problem, it was just a surprise. We really appreciated the ability to part two trucks and trailers in the driveway, rather than having to use street parking. We would definitely stay there again.

The home is clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are board games available for entertainment. The kitchen has all the necessary items, along with two coffee makers—one for drip coffee and a Keurig. It was a thoughtful touch to have coffee pods, tea bags, and Clif bars provided.Although I didn’t use the hot tub, it looked clean and inviting, with towels readily available. The beds and pillows are comfortable and appear to be in new condition. The upstairs family room features a large, cozy sectional that's perfect for stretching out and relaxing.The location is convenient to Arches National Park, and downtown Moab is just a short drive away with plenty of restaurants and a nearby grocery store.

We spent the week in Moab to visit National Parks and explore the shops and restaurants in Moab. Very spacious common area upstairs that was comfortablebfor our kids. We all enjoyed the private hot tub as well. The kitchen was adequate for the meals we were making. The owner was very prompt with communication. Dryer was not working while we were there which was a little challenging as we packed with the intention of doing a load of laundry during our time away. Great option for privacy and extra space.

We enjoyed our stay post Christmas for a week of desert hiking and biking. Rental was fine, a few issues but host was very responsive. I will say the kitchen is really less than ideal if you plan on cooking a lot. It is tiny, poorly equipped with somewhat dreadful cookware (two scary scratched non-stick fry pans) and absolutely no where to put any groceries. We cooked every meal at the rental and it was a challenge with the limited stocked kitchen. It didn’t prevent us having a great stay but if you like to cook and want a kitchen that is well equipped you will be disappointed. The upstairs living room was fantastic for movies and lounging.

We loved this property and would book there again in a heartbeat. Beds were very comfortable, everything was immaculately clean, the hot tub was great, and the location was fantastic for access to Arches and Canyonlands (we wanted to be about halfway between the Needles and Island in the Sky districts, and this home was perfect. Everything was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned, and I hope to stay here again when we visit Moab!

My wife and I spent a week here while exploring Moab and surrounding areas. Easy 10 min drive south of town. You are about a three minute drive to Ken’s lake which has a great 3.4 mile trail for running. The house was very clean and well stocked. We utilized the hot tub nightly and would definitely stay here again. We visited Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point State Park, Scenic HWY 128 to Dewey Bridge, Fisher Towers, the petroglyphs and Dino tracks down Potash road and Corona Arch. Would highly recommend the Devil’s Garden loop hike and Fiery Furnace Permit hike if your are into that. Our only recommendation for the house at all would be blinds, shades or curtains on some of the common area windows but again we would 100% stay here again.

We wanted a place that was a little outside of Moab. This house was pretty much perfect. It's in Spanish Valley, 10 min. south of town and 15 min. from Arches. The house is pretty much brand new and really well appointed with everything a group would want. It's in a quiet, rural area, which is a nice change from busy Moab. Communication, check-in and house instructions are all handled really well. Every message i sent to the host had a response within the hour. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect, for trip to catch up with childhood friends! Modern, clean, beautifully equiped. We had a great time relaxing, catching up, and soaking in the hot tub while soaking in the beautiful views after mountain biking all day. We plan on coming back, and I plan on coming this fall with family

We had a great time enjoying the house. Eric and Andria were quick to respond with help when needed. We had enough towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc for our trip. It’s far enough from the main part of Moab in order to stargaze in the hot tub.

Our stay at Eric's home was enjoyable. Plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out and the property was very clean on arrival. We really enjoyed the large hot tub on the back patio and board games provided for guest use. Also the Sonos speakers both upstairs and downstairs were a very nice touch and something you rarely see in a vacation rental! There were a few small drawbacks that lowered our overall rating from a 5 to a 4. The property is located in an industrial area and there is some morning noise between trucks going by and the nearby highway. Also, there are several windows without blinds so it's not as private as we would have liked, but it's hard to complain with views like these!

Very clean and newer property. Nicely appointed with hot tub and firepit for those cooler nights. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the highway noise, as Hwy 191 is relatively close to the back yard. Very good communication from the owner. The property is on the south side of Moab, which I'm sure is a bonus during the busy months, as there is probably a bit less traffic. Only about a 20-minute drive to Arches National Park, and approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Follow owner's directions (not a GPS) to the property after leaving highway 191.

We came to town with a crew supporting a runner in the Moab 240. The house was perfectly located for all the south of town destinations we had to get to, and the hot tub was great for sore muscles. House was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the coffee items for the first morning, since we hadn't remembered to bring our own. The owner, Eric, was easy to reach and communicate with, especially when we had some oddball, last minute requests. Supposedly, we are coming back to run the 240 again. This will be our first choice.

Great place to stay just outside of Moab. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the thunderstorms form over the mountains while relaxing on the front patio. House was very comfy and had everything we needed. Owner was awesome to work with and kept in touch during some strong summer thunderstorms. Wish we had more time to enjoy the area and rest at the house.
