4 Miles from downtown. Serene location. 3 bedrooms, each having a private bathroom. The master bedroom; is located on the main level and two full bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Double car garage, outdoor grilling, dining area, hot tub, and fire pit, boasting great views. Right off the golf course.

***This community has a strict, no trailer/ATV on street/garage parking policy. Have recommendations of places if needed.***

The location description in the listing is incorrect. This property is not in downtown Moab, it is about 10 minutes outside of Moab away from Arches. The description says 2 minute walk to the Moab information center, it is actually about a 10 minute drive. We booked this place thinking we would be able to walk to town, and unfortunately that was not the case.The property was nice, clean, and well kept, but we were surprised and disappointed by the location not being as stated.

Parking was easy in the garage or driveway. House was homey and clean, still had a feel of a Vrbo in the kitchen. Beds were super comfy and the hot tub was warm, jets went on and off at their own accord but easy access in and out. Look forward to staying there again.

The kitchen was well stocked and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of garbage bags, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent etc. However there seemed to be a lack of privacy. First day there was a maintenance person in our backyard without any advance notice from the host. Second day we came home and noticed some item on our outdoor patio had been moved. When we checked out I went to return the key to the lockbox and noticed the code had already been entered. Presumable someone else was trying to access the house. Not sure what was going on there but felt off. I messaged the host a few times with no response.

This place was great! The beds were comfortable, the patio area was pretty and fun, the fireplace and tv area was cozy; the streaming services were even logged in. The property was close to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands, great location. We could see lots of stars at night which was cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated, well supplied home in quiet neighborhood. Parking is a bit tough but we were able to store our utility trailer for $25/my at the recommendation of the host. Host was very responsive and helpful when contacted. Would highly recommend this property!

Located about 10 min from downtown Moab and backing up to the golf course. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property includes updated finishes making this a premier vacation home. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed the hot tub after hiking 10 miles per day. It was fun to watch the stars at night from the back patio. I would highly recommend booking this property.

This was the perfect stay for our group of 6. There is no feedback to give that would make this home even more perfect. Absolutely immaculate! The location to Moab, Canyonlands, Deadhorse, and Arches was so convenient. We went stargazing in Moab and the dark skies allowed unbelievable sights with the naked eye. We had two additional VRBOs reserved as we traveled the Mighty 5. None were as perfect as Coyote Run!

The perfect Family “Base Camp!”

My husband and I gifted our adult “children” and their spouses a week in Moab, hiking Canyonlands National Park, Arches, and Capital Reef! We rafted the Colorado River and dined at the incredible Desert Bistro! This beautiful home became our home away from home! The hot tub, beautiful patio, incredibly well appointed kitchen for foodies like us, and the warm, desert-inspired decor made our week so memorable! This is an incredible gem! Thank you for the memories!!!!

Wonderful house fully stocked

This house is really nice. It has everything you could need for a great Moab vacation - the kitchen is luxurious with gas cooktop, all the right utensils and high quality appliances. Laundry with detergent is available, as well as well stocked bathroom supplies, a hot tub, grill, fire pit…we had a lovely time. It was clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend.Only comment - I wish it was closer to downtown. The 10-12 minute drive to downtown gets to be a drag, but the house itself makes up for that minor inconvenience! Thanks to the great hosts for sharing their home!!

Coyote Run Unit 5

Overall great stay but just a few minor issues. Cracked toilet lid upstairs that pinches rear, Tv only in main room, be sure to check grill propane or you may run out, ac unit could be a little larger or might need service as we got warm overnight, prefer electric lock code over lockbox key option, dont get lockbox code until right before stay.Other minor items reported to mgmt company that I wont mention here. Had great stay but with a few tweaks could have been excellent.

Memorial trip

The home was beautiful and the area was perfect! It was fully stocked for those of us who love to cook our own meals and plenty of clean towels and bedding. The only disappointment was that it advertised restaurants within walking distance and made it out to be more secluded than it actually was. Other than that, it was great!
