Alla ricerca di un ottimo posto dove stare durante la vostra vacanza? Non guardare oltre! Questa è una nuovissima unità Vista Rim. Questo posto è arredato con gusto per tutte le vostre esigenze. Vanta 3 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni. Le viste dal balcone sono mozzafiato delle rocce rosse di Moab. La casa di città è completamente arredata con tutti gli asciugamani e le lenzuola di cui avrete bisogno. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per rimanere e fare tutti i pasti proprio lì. La cucina comprende: macchina per il caffè Kuereg, tostapane, pentola di coccio e macchina per fare le cialde. Rilassati e goditi la vasca idromassaggio stagionale e la piscina. C'è anche un campo da tennis, campo da basket e campo giochi. Vicino alla città e al Parco nazionale degli Arches. T. V's in ogni camera e WiFi. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità per comodità.

The condo had some nice touches, but could be improved. For example the patio furniture included a rocking chair with a broken arm that could cut you if you are not careful and the master bedroom toilet’s chain to the flapper valve was held together with a safety pin that would come undone every time you flushed the toilet.

Great hosts and unit was as described. Comfortable King Bed in the master bedroom. Nice and well equipped kitchen. Bonus comfortable section couch. Located a bit past town near Branding Iron. Would stay here again.

Family of parents in 60s and adult child. The place is a great base for the national park adventure. It’s 10mins drive from downtown Moab so not noisy. Great view right outside the house. Close to both arch and Canyonlands. Good appliance storage to make both packed sandwiches and dinner if you want. No frills. Only tip is try to get here in day light for the first time since google cannot find the exact building and we tried for 10 mins to locate the place in pitch black. Bed deserves a specific mention since it’s really comfy!

We had a great stay. Perfect set up for traveling with family. Cooked a Thanksgiving Dinner and other than bringing our own pie pan and roasting pan (we knew we would need to bring these in advance) we had everything we needed to prepare our feast. Convenient location with ample parking we will certainly be looking to stay here the next time we visit Moab.

Everything was wonderful and the overall stay was uneventful (a big positive). We had a great time at the parks. The pool and hot tub were relaxing to come back to. Only thing to keep in mind is that the location is to the south of town so it takes a few extra minutes to travel north. We did not have a problem with that since it gave us the opportunity to see the town of Moab. Would love to stay there again.

This was spacious and was the perfect stay for our bachelorette party weekend. Everything we wanted to do was so close and we loved the short distance away from downtown! There’s so much to do and it was nice to feel at home while exploring Utah.

Very nice and well decorated and kept condo. It was especially nice that we were able to park our trailer, with ATVs, in garage while leaving connected to our SUV. Played tennis by night in lite tennis court. Great all around place to stay!

The unit is new, well appointed, and was very comfortable for 3 adults. I rented it for myself and my two friends who came from Seattle to help me move a truckload of furniture and other items from SLC into my soon to be completed house in Moab. It was the perfect location as it is located less than two miles south of the house, and provided 3 bedrooms and two full baths for 3 weary male friends. Having been to Moab many times at all times of the year, I would highly recommend this unit to visitors due to its location south of town. It provides easy, convenient access to Moab downtown, avoiding the inbound traffic from the north during the long tourist season. The access to Highway 191 is simple and takes just minutes, but allows a back access along Spanish Trail Road to either Moab or the La Sal Mountain Road. A beautiful place with great views and easy access to all Moab has to offer, I will definitely recommend this to friends and relatives who wish to visit us in the future but would like the privacy and autonomy of their own place. A special thanks to Stephanie for taking care of us!
