In the warmer months, experience hiking, biking, kayaking, parks, and other exciting activities by day, then settle into your well-stocked, exquisitely decorated Moab vacation property at night with its open floorplan, community pool and spa, and comfortable entertaining and sleeping accommodations. In the colder months enjoy lower rates and less crowds with cross-country and backcountry skiing, winter hiking, winter biking, and shopping just a short distance away!

PLEASE NOTE: The Entrada community hot tub is currently closed for repairs. It is expected to reopen on or around March 24, 2024. The community pool is not yet open for the season. The reopen date is weather-dependent and will be announced soon. See Fine Print section below for additional details.

The Fine Print:

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund***
- Bookings canceled between 7 and 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund***
- Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- Enhanced cleaning with EPA approved cleaning products
- We require an email address, phone number, mailing address, and signed contract for all reservations
- Same-day bookings require a 4-hour notice prior to check-in. Please confirm availability before booking
- Because of enhanced cleaning, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available
-Community pool availability is weather-dependent and managed solely by the neighborhood HOA. The pool is open from approximately late March-October, but varies by year. If pool access is important for your stay, we suggest confirming availability with Reservations before booking and/or altering your plans as necessary.

Depending on your method of booking, any pet fees due may not be reflected in the price shown during checkout process, even if you selected that you will be traveling with pets in your search parameters. Spacious, clean and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 428 & 432! The condos were clean, spacious and provided plenty of comforts and amenities. The communication with property management was quick and responsive. Oh and we loved the location and riding bikes to downtown! Thanks again for a lovely experience! I definitely recommend.

Best VRBO ever!

This place was amazing. We all had such a great time in Moab and part of that was because we had such a great accommodation. These houses are truly stocked with everything you will need but your toothbrush and toothpaste. Each bathroom has shampoo/condtioner/bodywash and lotion. The kitchen has spices, coffee, paper products, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for all of our needs. The bikes were a huge plus and we enjoyed riding them into town. It was great they included helmets and locks. We slept great every night and enjoyed the large kitchen table to eat and play games at. Our backyard was the pool which was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone! Also, great communication with the property management! Don't miss out on renting this place.

We loved Moab

Property was well located, comfortable, plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped with equipments and even spices. The pool was just outside our door/window and very loud at times. The property did a great job of shutting the pool down at 10 PM. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would stay their again if we were coming to Moab. Well done.

My Kids Want To Live Here

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a very large group that consisted of 5 families and there was plenty of space for everyone. All of the children thought it was the most luxurious place ever. We loved having the pool right out the back door. So close to the Arches and grocery and restaurants. My kids really wanted to move in for life. The check-in process was more complicated than it needed to be with additional emails to sign and then the email sent didn’t have the codes to get in and it also went to my Spam folder when the others did not. I felt like I was being a nuisance having to message the owners but he was really nice and even called me to make sure I had everything I needed and knew where everything was. He made me feel like I was the most important person to him and our comfort and stay was his top priority. We will definitely be staying here again!
