POSIZIONE POSIZIONE POSIZIONE !!!!!! Non trascorrere le tue vacanze guidando avanti e indietro in città! Convenientemente situato in città vicino a caffè, negozi, gallerie e ristoranti ea soli pochi minuti dall'ingresso del Parco Nazionale degli Arches.

Il nostro nuovissimo condominio su due livelli dispone di 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni per 10 persone, cucina di lusso e un garage per 2 auto. Vanta letti confortevoli con lenzuola di lusso. Le camere da letto e la zona giorno sono su livelli separati, il che rende facile aprirsi e godersi il tuo spazio mentre ti rilassi da un'avventura in tutta la bellezza che Moab ha da offrire.

PIANO PRINCIPALE

L'ampia cucina rende facile cucinare e godersi i pasti. È completamente attrezzato e pronto per le tue creazioni culinarie. Sul grande tavolo da pranzo ci sono 10 posti a sedere e 3 posti al bar. La cucina e la sala da pranzo si aprono sul soggiorno, rendendo lo spazio ideale per i gruppi.

Il soggiorno ha divani in pelle ultra confortevoli e una grande Smart TV.

Bagno al piano principale completo di doccia.

Ampio garage per 2 auto con ampio spazio per biciclette, motociclette, refrigeratori e mazze da golf. Mantieni al sicuro le tue preziose attrezzature.

Spazioso bagno al piano superiore: 3 camere separate per vasca / doccia, WC, doppia area trucco. Questo spazio ben pianificato è facile da condividere.

Lavatrice e asciugatrice full size disponibili per l'uso.

Il nostro patio offre viste mozzafiato sulle rocce rosse. Abbiamo un barbecue e un set da pranzo nel patio.

La piscina condominiale e la vasca idromassaggio sono nuove e aperte! Situato attraverso l'unità dalla nostra unità. La vasca idromassaggio è aperta tutto l'anno. La piscina riscaldata è aperta da inizio aprile a fine ottobre.

We loved our stay here. Convenient to town and National Parks. There was plenty of room for my family of 6 adults. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute Cozy and Convenient

Property is really clean. Great host!!! Check in was super easy and host responded to questions quickly.There were plenty of towels for our large group. Pool area was nice and clean. Location to town is perfect. Our only complaints were ants in the kitchen when we arrived and the bed in the master was not comfortable at all. We would stay here again!

Terrific place!!

Great place to stay for a recent hiking/adventure trip with friends. Lovely home. Very comfortable. Plenty of space. Clean.Perfect location. Walkable to town, spa, shopping, Rec center, ziplining tour company, etc. Beautiful views from the back patio. Close to the delightful pool while not being right on top of it. Nice to relax in both spaces after a day of hiking.Good communication with host. We did have to buy a couple standard kitchen items that we thought would be there. Not a crisis, but a note that if you think you'll need specific items, maybe ask this host (or any host, really) if those items are on hand.Overall, a wonderful place for an amazing vacation. I would definitely stay here again. Thumbs UP!

Very pleasant experience

The house was very comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. We appreciated the sharp knives for cooking. The host was very responsive. We had a problem with the coffee machine and it was replaced within hours of informing the host. The beds were very comfortable. the Entrada complex does get very busy on the weekend with dune buggies, jeeps, trucks, trailers. Engines begin revving very early in the morning.

Moab MTB Trip

The house was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The bedrooms would large this size home. It is just a couple min to the main drag with all the restaurants, shops, etc. The garage, driveway, and guest parking made it easy to bring four vehicles.

Close To Everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home had everything we needed to feel at home, plenty of seating for the kitchen table and living room and some blankets to make you feel cozy. Being able to vacuum during our stay was great too since my kids can be messy. We were able to park both cars jn the garage and we couls charge our EV at the local Tesla charging only 3 minutes away which was so convenient. The water dispenser on the fridge was probably the biggest complaint, it shot water out at a weird angle so if you were trying to fill a water bottle it would sometimes spray all over. Overall, we had a great stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Fabulous house close to Arches

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was extremely clean and well maintained - we loved it! The location is very convenient and after hitting up the parks every morning, we had the best time relaxing at the community pool each afternoon. We would definitely stay here again, it was a great place for families with small children!

Great Location & plenty of living space

This place was perfect for our 3 families. The location was excellent for morning hikes in Arches, lunch in town, back to the house to cool off and rest, then back to the park for a sunset hike. The coffee place down the street was excellent, the corner convenience store came in handy for late night snacks. Highly recommend!

Great Place.....needs new cleaning service!

When we arrived and started to make something for dinner on the first evening, we had to wash 3 pans and throw out 1 glass. The pans were dirty - one had egg residue, one had pasta in it and one had an unknown something in it around the inner circumference. One of the glass drinking glasses was missing a big chunk of out of it. One of the master bids didn't have the fitted sheet on it. We took care of all of these items, but it would have been great if these things hadn't have happen. Otherwise the place was wonderful and the location was great.

Great place for group of 7 adults

This property was a great base for our group of 7 adults for a week in March, 2024. The 2 story condo is in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. We were very comfortable in the unit. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. We did have to buy more toilet paper since there was not enough stocked in the unit for such a large group for a week, so be sure to buy some extra. The kitchen area was large enough to cook meals. The unit has both a coffee maker and an electric hot water maker. Our only disappointment was that the condo association hot tub was closed in March. The location was perfect for getting to downtown Moab easily and for getting to the national and state parks. We could be on the main street of Moab in a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. I would highly recommend this unit. There is a lovely, flat hike/walk/running path if you walk down the street away from town, which brings you to the Colorado River.

Family gathering

Plenty of room for everyone. Good location, not to far from town. Not much landscaping to provide relief from outdoor sun, but the kids had fun in the pool. The closets whete definitely a highlight!
