Avventura a Moab durante il soggiorno nella nostra residenza cittadina con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, situata a soli sei minuti in auto dal centro di Moab. La nostra residenza cittadina dispone di due camini - uno nello spazio di vita principale e uno nella camera da letto principale, una terrazza sul tetto perfetta per godersi l'iconica vista sulla roccia rossa e la vista sulle montagne circostanti di La Sal, e una planimetria a pianta aperta.

La nostra residenza cittadina si trova in una posizione centrale che offre l'accesso ideale a tutte le attrazioni della zona: parchi nazionali, percorsi per mountain bike ed escursionismo, sentieri OHV e uno scenario unico nel suo genere. Questo residence dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, due camini a gas, una sala da pranzo e una terrazza sul tetto con una vista mozzafiato! Gli ospiti ameranno lo stile sud-ovest, opere d'arte uniche e mobili in legno su misura presenti in tutta la residenza cittadina. Questa configurazione di residenza e configurazione del letto è perfetta per due famiglie da condividere o più coppie.

Gli ospiti hanno accesso ad un garage per auto e c'è un ampio parcheggio per rimorchi ecc., Proprio di fronte.

Retired Geologist scouting the Rx. Beautiful condo in excellent condition and very well equipped with great room. Very comfortable beds ! place to range from to all nearby National Parks. Add a Keurig maker and I’d give t 6 out of 5 stars.

Three nights exploring amazing Moab area with wife and adult daughter. Property was almost better than advertised, and tucked up in a golf course area several miles outside of downtown. Great decor, comfortable beds, cool deck with BBQ and nicely furnished. Very comfortable for the three of us and could easily have had another couple come with us. Love Moab, and will be coming back to this property for our next trip. Strongly recommended.

Clean, cozy, yet roomy. We had three couples and one teen stay at this property and each couple having their own room with full attached bath was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall it was an impressive property, well appointed in themes appropriate to the locale. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen with coffee and filters, sample sized soaps, shampoos for the baths, etc. Management was also quickly responsive ti a couple questions we had. Only thing I’d request would be for a slightly later check out time, and we felt the cleaning fee was high compared to other properties we’ve used. All in all a lovely, peaceful place to end your day after hiking around the parks.

Enjoyable, easy checkin. Nice outdoor seating areas. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures were old and need to be updated. But still worked ok. Suggest to the management company to supply higher quality paper products.

This was an incredible find to stay in Moab- Away from the crowds and such a nice quiet 3 bedroom retreat. It was incredibly clean, we loved the rooftop balcony where we witnessed the Perseids Meteor Shower and gathered as a family. It was also close to the golf course and hiking paths up into the Red Rocks. If you are looking for a nice quiet place, away from it all - this is it!

What a wonderful spot, a true oasis in the desert. We greatly enjoyed our time in Moab and Casa Sweet Casa was a large part of that. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the family to stretch and relax. Definitely on the top of our list should we return to Moab.

When we first found this listing, we rightly assumed it would be nice due to the photos of the scenic red rocks. Of course, as with most things in nature, photos just don’t do it justice. The property and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. We actually regretted having a fully packed schedule that kept us from being able to spend more time hanging out in the home. The property is clean and well decorated. You can tell the owner takes pride in it. When you stay here, take a sunset walk around the neighborhood, then make sure to spend some time on the upstairs balcony at night looking at the stars. You’ve probably never seen a sky so clear. Somehow, we didn’t even notice the balcony in the listing, so it was a great surprise to find it when we arrived. Oh, and the fireplaces are an excellent feature. They run on gas and turn on and off at the flip of a switch. They really do put out quite a bit of heat, so they’d be perfect for a winter stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

While I stayed only with my partner, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and this would be a great spot in Moab for a couples to stay. Rooms were spacious and kitchen/living room layout was nice. Easy to check in, great location in Spanish Valley. Only minor nuisance was having to download an app to communicate with management company (i.e. get check-in and check-out info) and only receiving two small laundry detergent tablets that enabled you to only do two loads of laundry. For the price, that seems like a silly way to cut costs. But to be fair I think the listing did specify this. Would stay here again.
