This host is excellent! She was incredibly communicative going above and beyond in making us feel welcome and making our stay enjoyable. She sent us listings of restaurants she recommended, places to see and helpful warnings like being sure to make reservations to visit the Arches National Park. The neighborhood was nice and close to the main road that led straight to town. We loved sitting out on the upper deck every morning to have coffee and stare at the gorgeous mountain views. Not often do you find a house that is so thoughtfully set up. Everything in this house invited folks to get comfortable with space for mingling, visiting and relationship building. The flow of the house is great. Everything was thoughtful down to the kleenex. Instead of itchy cheap kleenex, the host has very soft kleenex throughout the house. That says a lot about everything else - it was great quality and thoughtful. The kitchen was stocked but the host went above and beyond in stocking it with utensils that I often wish other VRBOs would carry as we love to cook. Thats a huge reason we get VRBOs vs staying at hotels. The beds were great quality and even better.. the pillows were too! We were free to use everything there which included the hot tub that is on the patio and the garage. It was bliss to stay at a VRBO where we could use the garage! Literally, we opened it and pulled right in out of the rain. Hands down, we will stay here again!

The house was everything and more. Great location just 5 minutes from town, 20 minutes from Arches National park. Beds were all really comfortable. Very quiet and super clean. Rossana the host was very responsive when we had a question. Nice outdoor patio area. Comfortable and cozy. You won’t go wrong if you book this place!

We had an excellent stay at this condo — everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Access was easy, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were cozy and supportive, making it easy to rest after long days out exploring.The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed, even though we didn’t cook full meals. Laundry facilities were convenient and well-maintained, which made a big difference during our stay.The hot tub was a standout feature — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. And the attention to detail throughout the condo was truly appreciated: washcloths folded into flower shapes, toilet paper and tissues styled with care, and towels arranged with a personal touch. Loved Our Stay!

We did a short getaway trip to Moab with our 3 grandchildren and were so happy to find this lovely home. It was perfect for our needs. We liked the quiet neighborhood location and that with just a short drive, we were able to enjoy all that Moab had to offer. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas and the beautiful views.

Beautiful and Convenient Location

The house is located perfectly for places like Bryce, Kanab, and even Zion. The location is beautiful and relaxing. Additionally, there is a lot of space for larger groups and plenty of amenities. We were greeted by mule deer on day 1 and even in some fog and rain enjoyed bird watching through the large windows.

Great stay in great location

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, well maintained and in a good location just outside the main city center. We were able to easily check-in/out and everything we wanted to get to was super close. It was a nice & quiet neighborhood so we were able to rest after long active days! Will definitely be staying here again :)

This property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient to everything you may want to do - and there are so many things to do nearby! It was the perfect place to unwind after wheeling in Moab. Very Highly Recommend!

Overall a great stay. High quality interior design, beautiful outdoor patio space. Great communication with host. Minor issues: house sleeps up to eight but living room only comfortably seats five. $200 cleaning fee but house rules require laundry and emptying bins to community dumpsters (a short walk off the property)

Great place to stay while visiting Moab and surroundings

We very much enjoyed our stay in this VRBO while we were visiting Moab and nearby parks. The rental was well-furnished, quiet and very clean. There was also a great view of the awesome local scenery from our bedroom window. The location was excellent--just a few miles outside of Moab. In addition, the property manager--Rossana--was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering our questions and providing information. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would gladly do so again.

Beautiful, Comfortable Home for Moab Stay

Tastefully decorated with amazing indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in after a day’s activities in Moab. Well furnished and the views from the upstairs deck were amazing. A great place to gather with friends. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Traveling with friends to see the Might 5 Parks in Utah. This was our first stop and the area was perfect along with the condo! Bedrooms upstairs and carpeted. The best part of this condo was the outdoor space! Loved spending time outdoors once we finished our park visits!

Very nice

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean property. The pool within walking distance was a plus. Condo is set up with the necessities needed to stay in and dine after a busy day of adventuring with an 8 year old.

National Park Tour

Our group of 6 adults spent 5 great nights at this property. Excellent location just outside Moab. Enjoyed pool time and the spacious patio area. Great location for daily trips to the Arches National Park. Highly recommend!
