“I cannot fault this cottage. The owner has pride in this place and it shows. Clean and comfortable with many lovely little touches to make guests feel welcome. Lovely quiet location with only a short commute to the town centre. Very safe for dogs. An enjoyable collection of DVD's to relax with of an evening. Quality linen and a rairty these days 3 ply toilet paper. It's the little things that make a big difference. The host was lovely and easy to deal with. Thank you for sharing this delightful...

“The house was as stated and photos accurate. A large house and yard with lots of room for our family stay. The heating was terrific for cooler nights. BBQ and outdoor area lovely and spacious. A very short walk to town and port. School across the which made for a very quiet weekend. Our dog loved it and settled in straightaway. A lower window lifted open slightly enabled a dog door, so an undisturbed sleep if your dog used to a dog door. Overall a great stay. We wanted to stay longer. But...

“The carriages were everything we had expected. Lyndall was very helpful and at check in then left us alone. The property was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. “The booking was great.. the aftermath not so much. We have been so frustrated. STAYZ said we didn’t pay a bond, Echuca homes said we did. We can’t seem to get a bond back because STAYZ believes we didn’t pay one. Echuca Homes stated we did. It is a mess. No one is responding to me. Customer service is a joke.”

“Very comfortable accommodation. Would choose for future stays. Bathroom door latch needs attention as it does not open easily from the inside. Great lounge area with lighting options. Balcony with outdoor setting, telescope and lounge”

“Clean and comfortable. Had everything except a dishwasher, but for the price it was really good. Lots of little extras. I especially like that there was good lighting for working, and two clothes airers for winter clothes drying. Nice grounds. There were a few minor things that need repair, but did not worry me. Only thing, which I am sure was just a housekeeping oversight, was there was only one toilet roll for my 5 night stay. ”
