It is a nice property. The staff are courteous and helpful. My room was located on the North side of the property which was close to Hwy 90. I could hear the traffic in morning. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was quite comfortable - I slept like a log!

The property had an inexperienced worker manning the night desk by themself, which feels highly unprofessional. The sheets were ridiculously dirty and there was no housekeeping on staff so I had to replace the sheet MYSELF.

The staff was great. Great customer service. First room the floor was too slippery so the front desk person quickly addressed the issue by offering me another room. Problem resolved. The location of this property is not the best because it's literally located right on Interstate 10 which produced tons and tons of road noise from the thousands of vehicles that travel on that major highway. Maybe upgrade the windows to sound proof them better but that's really my only complaint. Breakfast definitely needs to improve. Wasn't tasty at all but overall decent stay.

Gross. Smelled awful. Moldy. Should be shut down. First room smelled like a dead rat, second room had flooded and smelled like bleach and mold was growing. Staff was kind to get us moved but the entire facility was disgusting. The area is run down and seems unsafe.

The staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Our issue was a huge family fight going on in the hall right after we checked in. The manager handled it well.

The person on staff, I think her name was Brooke, was exceptional. She accommodated me with the perfect room for me, in a very friendly and professional manner. The importance of a room that feels safe for the solo female traveler cannot be overstated.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. No request was too large or too small: and they were granted with a smile. I did not encounter anyone who works at the Residence Inn that was not friendly. The smiles were warm and genuine. The place was very clean and welcoming. The food was warm and tasty. The kitchen staff, like everyone that I encountered, was very accommodating. As a matter of fact, I felt that I was asking for too much ,but they quickly assured me that was not the case. The hotel was very convenient . I did not have to travel far to visit my girl in the rehabilitation center. Hopefully she will be able to leave there soon, but if she isn't, I will be returning to Pensacola and to Residence Ill. Thank you for being so accommodating. God Bless.

The property was very dark from the outside. When we arrived we saw people sleeping inside the cars and we told the receptionist, she called the police and indeed, they were not guests of the hotel and they left. Lots of trailers outside. there is not even a chair in the room

SUPRISE $250 CASH DEPOSIT REQUIRED
Booked the room in advanced using hotels.com, like always. Got non-refundable room, not an issue, we have stayed before. This was the 3rd time we stayed here and we're hoping to be able to use the hot tub again. "Hot tub was closed for the season." That was literally our main reason for staying. (We came in October 2021, November 2022 and then yesterday). It's hard to find a hotel in Mobile, AL that is reasonably priced WITH a hot tub. We get in around 7:30pm and much to our surprise there was a now REQUIRED $250 CASH DEPOSIT. (Guess new management rules?) Hotels.com did not mention that. They did NOT have an ATM in the lobby to use. Had to drive to the gas station and then sadly the gas station's ATM was broken. The cashier there told me to go by the KFC in the next parking lot over and there would be a big blue stand alone ATM. Sure enough, it was. Charged $4 extra. Came back and put the $250 on file and was given a paper receipt NOT signed by the lady, Brooke, who checked us in. (Guess management signature?) Yes, was able to get deposit back the next day as Brooke said, upon turning in the paper receipt to a diff hotel clerk. Did not get the extra $4 back from the ATM charge, though....Breakfast was delicious. Overall this was a very disappointing stay.
