The room is spacious and all the facilities are just great and the service at the reception is very polite and lovely. The only thing i don't accept is that with 12 degrees celzius outside the heater doesn't exist in this hotel. I woke up to a cold room, got out from a shower to a cold room, and got sick. I complained to the hotel and still wait for a compensation, i expect much more from 5 stars hotel in that price"
