“Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto ”

The views from the house, especially that from the pool, rival those of the Dolimiti but the area of Lunigana is undiscovered and was such a pleasure to explore. Der Blick in die Berge ist atemberaubend! Der Pool ist klein, aber für uns war er völlig ausreichend. Innen gab es nur 4 Stühle, so dass wir am Regentag noch 2 Sessel aus dem Wohnzimmer holen mussten. Das könnte noch verbessert werden. “Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft mit 5 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool mit angenehmer Sitzfläche die auch in der Mittagshitze einen Schattenplatz bietet. Die zwei Vermiterinen sind mega nett und kommen gelegentlich mit Leckereien vorbei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. VG aus Deutschland und bringen gelegentlich Lvorbei. “Beautiful house. Everything you need is there. The place where you can eat outside is an ideal spot, it is always pleasant there even in very hot weather. We really recommended this house. Owners are very friendly. Only point to take into account is that you always have to drive a long way for groceries or excursions.”

“Das Ganze Haus und die Umgebung sind wirklich traumhaft. Es ist aber sehr enttäuschend , wenn ein Haus für 14 Personen angeboten wird und dann nicht mal am selben Tisch ein gemeinsames Essen genossen werden kann, weil es weder Platz noch die Sitzmöglichkeit dazu gibt. Es ist auch absolut daneben, wenn man 1 Woche jeden Morgen kalt duschen muss und das bei einem Haus zu dem stolzen Preis. Wir haben es täglich gemeldet!! “E' stato un soggiorno meraviglioso, la villa con il suo fascino di inizio '900, il grande parco con una splendida piscina, il paesaggio affascinante. “La maison est comme sur les photos avec tous les accessoires nécessaires à un bon séjour. La vue est magnifique - on voit jusqu’à la mer, et la maison reste fraîche pour passer des nuits paisibles. Le jardin est tres luxuriant et la piscine bien fraîche pour se rafraîchir après les balades au soleil.”
