Las Brisas- Beautiful Views of the Ocean

This is a beautiful ocean front home with amazing views in Moclips. The master bedroom resides on the top floor along with the kids room. Followed by the guest room on the first floor. There is no elevator access in this home.

. There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays.
You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of our properties. No Smoking – Dogs are okay with an additional fee

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. It was quiet and relaxing, very roomy and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including 3 styles of coffee makers, drip, Kerig, and French Press, the basement has a foosball table that everyone enjoyed! We definitely will return next year.

The Perfect Getaway!

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was beautiful with an equally gorgeous view. We had private access to the beach with a good short trail that led us to a wide open beach that was lovely to walk on. We hope to be back soon!

Family Ocean Stay

This was an amazing house for our family weekend trip for clamming. The hot tub was great to warm up and the house was very cozy.

No response after check-in

This property was a good location, easy walk to the beach. 2 of the 4 beds were very comfortable, the 2 twin beds were not great. Private hottub on the property was a plus. Plenty of things to do in the house, puzzles, books, 2 tvs, dvds, Foose ball. Didn't use the grill, but it was available. Asked ahead of time about the type of coffee pot, was told both kinds, drip style using ground coffee and a keurig. My group brought our Keurig kcups only to find there was no Keurig. I reached out to the property managers by phone and email multiple times and never heard back, ever. Not during our stay, not after our stay. Not having a Keurig wasn't the issue, had we known we wouldve just come prepared with ground coffee, it was the fact that they never responded, at all. What if it was something significant? We'll never know.

We loved the views and easy beach access. Did not use the hot tub but it seemed clean and warm upon inspection. Well stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds were wonderful! It could use a deep clean as there was dust, cobwebs and dog hair in and under furniture. A working light in the master bath toilet room would be nice. The basement/garage has a horrible musty smell that could be eliminated with a little extra effort. *It would be nice to include some instructions for being able to watch the TV's. The Roku remote did nothing, even after trying new batteries? Unable to pull up any other streaming channels? We ended up subscribing on our own account to watch a movie. Remotes without instructions are frustrating for all ages of visitors. **The stove needs a posted warning that when working in that corner of the kitchen it is VERY easy to unknowingly bump the front left burner knob and turn on the gas, minus flame, causing a gas fume chase trying to figure out where it was coming from. Within minutes the fumes were noticed upstairs early one morning while other guests were still sleeping. Overall, we had a wonderful time clamming every morning, afternoon beach walks and relaxing with beautiful sunsets, great meals and drinks on the deck! The hosts were prompt with replies. Thank you! We will likely be back, possibly checking out the 2 identical homes on either side for comparison. Discussing a family vacation with multiple families in the summer!
