3 ROOM apartment + SLEEPING AREA 8 people of 45m² located in Valfréjus Residence Chalet de Florence - Building 1 180m from the Arrondaz Gondola, shops and 200m from the ski schools.

Location: Level -1 with elevator. Open terrace facing north

Composition of the apartment:
- Equipped kitchen area: 3-burner ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, plancha, raclette set, waffle maker / croque monsieur
- Lounge area with television
- Bathroom with bathtub and sink. Separate WC

- Master suite with 1 double bed (160x200) + TV + window + bathroom with shower, sink and WC
- Sleeping area closed with a door with bunk beds (2 single beds 90x190) in the entrance
