“Staff were friendly, room is very outdated and had a strange smell. Beds were average, shower was good. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t fantastic, we paid £120 for one night stay with breakfast but not sure it’s quite worth that to be honest. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“After a full day of walking what a treat the Station House was!
Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, the use of the common room, a informative book about the property and local suggestions as well as a cafe of delicious food.”

“Beautiful building, hopefully will be preserved for future generations. The paint and carpets need redoing, they shouldn't advertise the outdoor pool if not operational. The gardens have a lot of potential. The services provided 24/7 were amazing. The spa and breakfast food were excellent. Didn't see that we had to pay for parking prior to booking but as it was such a great deal I didn't mind. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend. ”

“The experience of staying at the venue was lovely from start to finish.staff were very friendly and always had time to stop and talk.Amazing food experience in the restaurant .Great location and excellent for hopping off to other places.”
