This beautiful loft has a unique terrace where you can sunbathe, dine while contemplating the Ghirlandina and the roofs of the city. This residence, one of a kind, has been completely renovated, you will enter a large entrance, through a vertical boiserie you will find the fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, two ovens, double fridge; the living area with a large sofa, a technical-laundry room and a magnificent terrace overlooking the Ghirlandina and the roofs of Modena. In the sleeping area you will sleep in a large double bedroom with a private terrace and ceilings with 17th century wooden beams. You will find another bedroom with a bunk bed with en suite mosaic shower. Upstairs, a 50m2 condominium terrace awaits you, where you can sunbathe, dine and enjoy an aperitif.
The penthouse is on the third and a half floor, there is no elevator. The stairs are wide and comfortable and if you need help carrying your suitcases, I will be personally present to give you a hand both at check-in and at check-out.
