Located minutes from Windrock Park, relax in this comfortable home on 62 beautiful acres. Blazing fast WiFi and a full kitchen to cook delicious meals, the perfect place to rest after a full day of exploration. 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Includes a large parking area, 75 inch & 55 inch TVs with Netflix.

Trail 43 is 2.5 miles from the property.
Trails 26 & 27 are 4 miles from the property.
For direct trail access take a right on 62 E for 1/5 mile then head up 116 N.

Everything was clean and very nice. We had an issue with the air and they repaired it immediately. A great place to stay and there are several entrances to Windrock ohv park. I would definitely stay there again!

Love the amount of room for parking ours Jeeps and truck and trailer. We had 7 guys each of us was able to have our own bed. The yard is huge. Nice having the extra room in the basement. Will definitely stay again hopefully a yearly thing.

The property was good location, a little far than we wanted from windrock but was still perfect for us. House was very nice. Had everything we needed for cooking, showers, bedding, fire pit outside plenty of parking

Best location for Brushy Concerts

We stayed at this house for a concert at Brushy and couldn’t have loved it more. Everything was perfect and the host was great to reply quickly if we had questions. All around five stars! We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity!

Great Home!

We loved our stay at the Modern Farmhouse near Windrock. We were only there for a few days for a wedding, the home is beautifully decorated and very clean. There is another review that says it is like Harry Potter's tent inside, much bigger than it looks and this is so true! I could not believe the space inside. Much more than we expected. We communicated with the homeowner and he promptly answered all of our questions. If we are ever in the area again I would gladly stay here.

Nice place close to trails and brushy mountain prison.

Had a bunch gnats in there that were bothersome. They were in there when we arrived. Anything without a lid, coffee, coke, food as you were eating, they were there. The only negative thing in my opinion.

Awesome house!

Owner/manager was excellent with communication. House was very clean. Very accurate in description. Location was close to windrock and frozen head state park. Loved hanging out by campfire at night. Lots of room inside and out!

Perfect place for big families to stay while visiting WindRock

We stayed for a few days at this property while visiting windrock and enjoyed every minute of it. Our host was way more than helpful with anything we asked and went above and beyond to give us exact directions to the trails heads from the property. The house was beautiful and clean and the property was perfect. The neighbors were all so very kind and helpful . 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay here anytime we come to windrock!!
