• Pets are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture and may not be left unattended in the home
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets; additional cleaning or damage fees may apply

✅ Cleanliness
• Please keep the space tidy and leave the house in the same condition you found it
• Trash day is Tuesday; trash bins are located on the patio side of the house
• If anything breaks or stops working, please notify us right away

Excess usage will be billed after checkout based on actual utility bill
