710 S. Soderquist Rd. has two individual rooms, a shared bathroom and kitchen. Each room has its own secure and electrical lock. The rooms and common areas are fully furnished. There are Smart Roku TVs throughout, and there is wifi and high-speed internet. The unit also has an Large capacity, efficient In-Unit Washer/Dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, Brita Water Pitcher, Dish set and Silverware for 4, and Spice rack. This kitchen has everything you`ll need. There`s a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a range of small appliances.
Pets allowed on request.
This unit is a single story with carpet in the bedrooms, and vinyl flooring in other areas of the unit. There is a rear yard.
The property is close to all the action in the city, so there is no need to stay home. With many places to eat, stores to shop at, and a variety of businesses close by, you can stay out as long as you want. Both Door Dash and Uber Eats deliver to the area.
