The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. ...

The air conditioning didn’t work. In order to call the front desk, you need to access WiFi and message them on WhatsApp. To access WiFi you need to turn on the TV. The TV didn’t work. Trying to solve problems that don’t exist only creates more problems. Decent water pressure though!

Lovely new apartments. Quiet and a good view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The need for key fobs to go thru every door was somewhat tiresome and a bit surreal. The concierge who carry out the check in for these apartments were helpful. I was somewhat disappointed ...

Nice location, arrived and found out no coffee machine in the house, and bathroom door was not working properly, we had very good communication with the host, had a new coffee machine arrived and the door was fixed in a day or two.
