Hotel vicino a Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza - Wilkes-Barre

“Amenities in the hotel were excellent. I will definitely look for this hotel in other locations.”

“Breakfast was great. Even had crispy bacon. The rooms were very clean. Sheets were clean, carpets were clean. Bathroom was spotless couldn't ask for anything more. Staff was very accommodating and very congenial to talk to. Parking was normal for a a smaller hotel but everything was good”

“Very friendly, clean and near so much!!!!”

“Todo bien”

“Struttura datata. Colazione non all’altezza di un BW”

“Entrance is a challenge to find.”

“The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the carpet had an unpleasant wet-dog smell. You get that smell right away when you check in at the office. The room was so dark and the power outlet and USB charger were cheap and loose, both didn’t charge my devices properly. The phone and alarm clock looked extremely outdated and should honestly just be removed because it just took up space on the night table. The bed was so uncomfortable, you can feel the springs through it and there’s one...

“Camera sporca.dovevamo avere 2 letti ma con una scusa ci hanno messo in una camera con un letto e un divano senza lenzuola.colazione inesistente.sconsigliatissimo”

“I booked 2 rooms. One room had 6 cockroaches and we had to cancel and find another hotel. We used the second room but that also had 1 cockroach but we checked in at 10 pm and was too tired to find another hotel. So we slept with our travel clothes. I complained to the front desk and clerk said "we are aware of the cockroach infestation" but the hotel was fully book and no rooms left. We were on the road for 15 hours and too tired to move. We got a credit for 1 room but has yest to show up on my...

“maintainence on rooms could use some upgrading. Bathroom shower curtains filthy, toilet seat was loose. Corners throughout room and bathroom filthy. shower appeared not properly cleaned. Outside grounds in front of rooms trash amongst ground. cold room in eating area. maintainence needed on juice machine, comfortable bed, good hot water.”

“The breakfast juice machine was out of service and they didn’t offer any juice options. Coffee was not hot. The worst experience we had was that all three of our showers were miserable with no hot water and the warm water turning chilly part way through each shower. They attempted to send a maintenance person but we had already showered and were in a hurry to leave. Reading the reviews and talking to staff, we learned that this was a known issue. Very disappointing.”

“Staff at front desk look like they didn't want to be bothered with anyone. Didn't say good afternoon good morning nothing be Hello. The beds were so hard the 3 of us woken up is so much pain. Iv never stayed in a place with beds so hard. Restaurants were great casino very smokey but fun. I ask for a high floor for the view they give me the 2nd floor looking at the heating system. For the money we spent we felt they didn't care and gave us what she felt like. The same lame lady that couldn't look...
