East terrace accessible from the 1st floor + private enclosed garden with trees (300 m²) on the banks of the river located opposite the gîte (5 m opposite). Fishing room (refrigerator/tank with aerator). Ground floor: lounge/living room (wood stove), fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), 1 small glass bedroom closed by curtain (90x190 bed), shower room, separate WC.
